Description
(A)カバープレート上で特定の方向に沿った少なくとも一つのタッチセンシング電極を形成し、
(B)前記タッチセンシング電極の一部分を覆い、前記タッチセンシング電極を覆う領域における複数の離間された貫通孔が形成される、カバープレートの周辺に配置されるマスキング層を形成し、
(C)前記貫通孔内に複数の導電性相互配線を形成し、前記タッチセンシング電極とは反対側のマスキング層に配置され、前記導電性相互配線に接続される少なくとも一つのトレースを形成する
ステップを備える、タッチセンシティブデバイスを製造するための製造方法である。

Claims (11)
- カバープレートと、
前記カバープレート上に配置され、特定の方向に伸張する少なくとも1つのタッチセンシング電極と、
前記カバープレートの周辺に配置され、前記タッチセンシング電極の一部分を覆うマスキング層と、
前記タッチセンシング電極とは反対側の前記マスキング層に配置される少なくとも1つのトレースと
前記マスキング層を貫通し、互いに離間され、それぞれが前記タッチセンシング電極及び前記トレースと相互接続する複数の導電性相互配線(electrically-conductive interconnects)と、
を備え、
隣接する2つの前記導電性相互配線の間の最小離間距離は、前記導電性相互配線のそれぞれの幅よりも広い、タッチセンシティブデバイス。 - 前記導電性相互配線のそれぞれの幅は、0.005mmから0.05mmの範囲である、
請求項1に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイス。 - 隣接する2つの前記導電性相互配線の間の最小離間距離は、0.1mmから1mmの範囲である、
請求項1又は2に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイス。 - 前記マスキング層及び前記導電性相互配線は、同一又は類似の色を有する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイス。 - 前記トレース及び前記導電性相互配線は、一体的に形成される、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイス。 - 前記導電性相互配線は、一列又は配列で配置される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイス。 - 前記導電性相互配線は、増加幅を有するように配置される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイス。 - (A)カバープレート上で特定の方向に沿った少なくとも一つのタッチセンシング電極を形成し、
(B)前記タッチセンシング電極の一部分を覆い、前記タッチセンシング電極を覆う領域における複数の離間された貫通孔が形成される、前記カバープレートの周辺に配置されるマスキング層を形成し、
(C)前記貫通孔内に複数の導電性相互配線を形成し、前記タッチセンシング電極とは反対側のマスキング層に配置され、前記導電性相互配線に接続される少なくとも一つのトレースを形成する
ステップを備え、
隣接する2つの前記導電性相互配線の間の最小離間距離は、前記導電性相互配線のそれぞれの幅よりも広い、タッチセンシティブデバイスを製造するための製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(B)において、前記貫通孔は、レーザーエッチング又はフォトリソグラフィ技術により形成される、
請求項8に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイスを製造するための製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(C)において、前記導電性相互配線及び前記トレースは、異なる材料から順次生成される、
請求項8又は9に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイスを製造するための製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(C)において、前記導電性相互配線及び前記トレースは、同一の材料から一体的に生成される、
請求項8又は9に記載のタッチセンシティブデバイスを製造するための製造方法。
