Description
Claims (10)
- 板状構造物を通過する管状構造物を拘束するシステムであって:
取り付けフランジと、そしてクッションマウントと、を備え、
前記取り付けフランジは:
第1側面及び第2側面を有する環状ストップであって、前記第1側面が、前記板状構造物に接触するように構成される、前記環状ストップと、
前方スリーブ及び後方スリーブを有するスリーブであって、前記後方スリーブが、前記板状構造物内の第1開口部内を垂直に延び、前記スリーブがレセプタクルを形成する、前記スリーブと、
円形形状を有し、かつ前記スリーブの前記後方スリーブの上に形成される保持ストップと、を含み、
前記クッションマウントは:
半円状の外形形状を有する第1マウント半体と、
前記半円状の外形形状を有する第2マウント半体と、を含み、
前記第1マウント半体及び前記第2マウント半体は、前記レセプタクルに収容され、そして前記保持ストップに接触して、第2開口部を形成するように構成され、そして
前記クッションマウントは、前記管状構造物を、前記第1マウント半体及び前記第2マウント半体を接合することにより形成される前記第2開口部に拘束するように構成され、
前記板状構造物は、翼構造内のリブを含み、そして前記管状構造物は燃料配管であり、
前記取り付けフランジは、可撓性保持キーと、そして前記クッションマウントを前記レセプタクル内に保持するように構成される環状ストップと、を備える、システム。 - 前記取り付けフランジは、前記第2開口部の直径の少なくとも2倍の直径を有する第3開口部を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2開口部は、前記第3開口部に対して位置ずれしている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記取り付けフランジは、3つの取り付けタブを備え、各取り付けタブは、ファスナーを収容するように構成される開口部を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記取り付けフランジ及び前記クッションマウントは電気絶縁材料を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記クッションマウントは、一旦、前記レセプタクルに収容されると、回転することがないように構成される、請求項3乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記環状ストップまでの前記スリーブの前記前方スリーブの端部の第1距離は、前記環状ストップまでの前記スリーブの前記後方スリーブの端部の第2距離よりも短い、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 管状構造物を翼リブに取り付ける方法であって:
取り付けフランジを前記翼リブの開口部に挿入することであって、前記取り付けフランジが、前記取り付けフランジの開口部を形成するレセプタクルを含む、前記挿入することと、
前記取り付けフランジを前記翼リブに取り付けることと、
前記管状構造物を、前記取り付けフランジの前記開口部を通過させることと、
取り付けクッションの第1クッション半体、及び前記取り付けクッションの第2クッション半体を前記レセプタクルに挿入して、前記取り付けクッションが前記管状構造物を固定して、前記取り付けフランジの前記開口部内で横方向に移動することがないようにすることと、
前記取り付けクッションの前記第1クッション半体、及び前記取り付けクッションの前記第2クッション半体を前記レセプタクルに取り付けることと、を含み、
更に:
前記取り付けクッションの前記第1クッション半体、及び前記取り付けクッションの第2クッション半体を取り付ける前に、前記取り付けクッションの前記第1クッション半体及び第2クッション半体を前記レセプタクル内で回転させることを含む、方法。 - 前記取り付けクッションの前記第1クッション半体、及び前記取り付けクッションの前記第2クッション半体を取り付けることは、前記取り付けクッションを、前記レセプタクル内に保持キーで保持されるまで押圧することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 各操作は少なくとも1回繰り返される、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
