Description
Claims (9)
- アナライト(A)の濃度を間欠的又は連続的に定量するセンシング装置(10)であって、
定量のサンプリング間隔に従って前記アナライト(A)の濃度に相関する計測信号を取得するセンサ部(12)と、
前記センサ部(12)により取得された前記計測信号に基づいて前記アナライト(A)の濃度を定量する濃度定量部(70)と、
所定の濃度範囲を複数のゾーンに分類するゾーン分類部(66)と、
前記濃度定量部(70)により定量された前記アナライト(A)の濃度についての、前記ゾーン分類部(66)により分類された前記複数のゾーンの属否に応じて前記サンプリング間隔を決定する間隔決定部(68)とを備え、
前記ゾーン分類部(66)は、前記所定の濃度範囲を、最も高い濃度側に存在する最高濃度ゾーン、最も低い濃度側に存在する最低濃度ゾーン、及び中間の濃度側に存在する少なくとも1つの中間濃度ゾーンに分類し、
前記間隔決定部(68)は、さらに、直近に複数回定量されて得た前記アナライト(A)の濃度のトレンドに応じて前記サンプリング間隔を決定することを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
前記センサ部(12)は、標識物質又は被検体にエネルギーを与えて発生させた光現象から前記計測信号を取得する光学センサ(14)を含むことを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項2記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
前記光学センサ(14)は、蛍光(F)の発生を促す励起光(E)を前記標識物質に向けて放射する励起光源(46)を有し、
前記間隔決定部(68)により決定された前記サンプリング間隔に従って前記励起光(E)を放射させるように前記励起光源(46)を制御する光源制御部(60)をさらに備える
ことを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
前記間隔決定部(68)は、前記少なくとも1つの中間濃度ゾーンに応じた前記サンプリング間隔のいずれよりも小さくなるように、前記最高濃度ゾーンでの前記サンプリング間隔を決定することを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項1又は4に記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
前記間隔決定部(68)は、前記少なくとも1つの中間濃度ゾーンに応じた前記サンプリング間隔のいずれよりも小さくなるように、前記最低濃度ゾーンでの前記サンプリング間隔を決定することを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
現時点で定量された前記アナライト(A)の濃度が前記最高濃度ゾーンに属し、且つ、前記トレンドが上昇状態である場合、
前記間隔決定部(68)は、前記トレンドが下降状態である場合に応じた前記サンプリング間隔よりも小さくなるように、前記サンプリング間隔を決定することを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項1又は6に記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
現時点で定量された前記アナライト(A)の濃度が前記最低濃度ゾーンに属し、且つ、前記トレンドが下降状態である場合、
前記間隔決定部(68)は、前記トレンドが上昇状態である場合に応じた前記サンプリング間隔よりも小さくなるように、前記サンプリング間隔を決定することを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
前記間隔決定部(68)での決定に供される、各前記ゾーンに応じた前記サンプリング間隔のデータ組を一括して設定する設定部(71)をさらに備えることを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のセンシング装置(10)において、
前記間隔決定部(68)での決定に供される、各前記ゾーン及び各前記トレンドの組み合わせに応じた前記サンプリング間隔のデータ組を一括して設定する設定部(71)をさらに備えることを特徴とするセンシング装置(10)。
