Description
本発明は、米国政府の支援により、エネルギー省によって認められた契約番号(DE−AR0000093)下でなされた。米国政府はこの発明における権利を有する。
a) 少なくとも1つの疎水性アミンを含有する非水性吸収液を準備すること、前記非水性吸収液は水と不完全に混和性である、
b) 吸収ゾーンにおいて、流体の流れを非水性吸収液で処理して、硫黄酸化物の少なくとも一部を吸収液中に移し、且つ、硫黄酸化物・疎水性アミン錯体を形成させること、
c) 非水性吸収液を、水性液と液体・液体接触させ、それによって硫黄酸化物・疎水性アミン錯体の少なくとも一部が加水分解され、疎水性アミン、および硫黄を含む加水分解生成物が放出され、且つ、硫黄を含む加水分解生成物の少なくとも一部を水性液中に移ること、
d) 非水性吸収液から、水性液を分離すること
を含む前記方法を提供する。
NMR管に、約25mgの1:1のモル比の2−フルオロフェネチルアミンおよび2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5−オクタフルオロペンタノール、および約0.5ミリリットルの重水素化クロロホルム(CDCl3)を充填した。管に蓋をして、且つ、プロトン(1H)およびフッ素(19F)NMRスペクトルを記録した。その後、溶液を純粋なSO2ガスで、流量約10mL/分でパージした。約10分後、固体が溶液から析出された。析出物を含有する溶液のプロトン(図14)およびフッ素NMRスペクトル(図15)を記録し、アミン成分の損失を示した。
Claims (21)
- 流体の流れから硫黄酸化物を除去するための方法であって、
a) 少なくとも1つの疎水性アミンを含有する非水性吸収液を準備すること、前記非水性吸収液は水と不完全に混和性である、
b) 吸収ゾーンにおいて、流体の流れを非水性吸収液で処理して、硫黄酸化物の少なくとも一部を非水性吸収液中に移すことにより硫黄酸化物が枯渇された処理済みの流体の流れが得られ、且つ、硫黄酸化物・疎水性アミン錯体を形成させること、その際、硫黄酸化物・疎水性アミン錯体の形成は、硫黄酸化物の酸化を必要とし、処理されるべき流体の流れ中に存在する分子状酸素によって酸化が行われる、
c) 非水性吸収液を水性液と液体・液体接触させ、それによって硫黄酸化物・疎水性アミン錯体の少なくとも一部を加水分解して、疎水性アミン、および硫黄を含む加水分解生成物を放出させ、且つ、硫黄を含む加水分解生成物の少なくとも一部を水性液中に移すこと、
d) 非水性吸収液から水性液を分離すること
を含む前記方法。 - 処理されるべき流体の流れ中に存在する水蒸気を凝縮することによって、非水性吸収液を水性液と液体・液体接触させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非水性吸収液と外部の水とを接触させることによって、吸収液を水性液と液体・液体接触させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水性液の非水性吸収液からの分離を、傾瀉および遠心処理の少なくとも1つによって行う、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 硫黄酸化物・疎水性アミン錯体が、スルファミン酸構造部分を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 硫黄を含む加水分解生成物が、亜硫酸および硫酸の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 分離された水性液の少なくとも一部を、前記処理済みの流体の流れと流体・液体接触させる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性液中に含有される水の少なくとも一部を、前記処理済みの流体の流れと流体・液体接触させることによって揮発させる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記処理済みの流体の流れによって連行された非水性吸収液成分を、少なくとも一部、水性液中に移す、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 使用済み水性液を、液体・液体の相分離に供して、水相および連行された非水性吸収液成分相が得られる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記処理済みの流体の流れを、スクラビングゾーンにみちびき、そこで前記処理済みの流体の流れを水性液と流体・液体接触させる、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体の流れを、吸収ゾーンを含む下方部分とスクラビングゾーンを含む上方部分とを含む塔を通じて上向きに通過させる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 流体の流れが追加的に、硫黄酸化物以外の酸性ガスを含み、且つ、酸性ガスを負荷された非水性吸収液が段階b)において得られ、
e) 負荷された非水性吸収液を再生して、酸性ガスを少なくとも一部放出させ、且つ、再生された非水性吸収液が得られ、且つ、再生された非水性吸収液を段階b)にみちびくこと
を含む、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 水性液の非水性吸収液からの分離が、負荷された非水性吸収液を液体・液体の相分離に供して水性液をそこから分離することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 水性液の非水性吸収液からの分離が、再生された非水性吸収液を液体・液体の相分離に供して水性液をそこから分離することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 負荷された非水性吸収液の再生を、圧力解放、加熱、ストリッピングまたはそれらの任意の組み合わせによって行う、請求項13から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体の流れが、分圧2bar未満の酸性ガスを有する、請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体の流れが、燃焼工程からの排ガスである、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 疎水性アミンが、2−フルオロフェネチルアミン、3−フルオロフェネチルアミン、4−フルオロフェネチルアミン、2−フルオロ−N−メチルベンジルアミン、3−フルオロ−N−メチル−ベンジルアミン、および4−フルオロ−N−メチルベンジルアミン、2−フルオロベンジルアミン、3−フルオロベンジルアミン、4−フルオロベンジルアミン、4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,11,11,11−ヘプタデカフルオロウンデシルアミン、2,3−ジフルオロベンジルアミン、2,4−ジフルオロベンジルアミン、2,6−ジフルオロベンジルアミン、3,4−ジフルオロベンジルアミン、3,5−ジ−フルオロベンジルアミン、2−トリフルオロメチルベンジルアミン、3−トリフルオロメチルベンジルアミン、および4−トリフルオロメチルベンジルアミンから選択される、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非水性吸収液が、非水性の希釈剤を含む、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 希釈剤が、2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5−オクタフルオロペンタノール(「OFP」); 2,2,3,3−テトラフルオロプロパノール(「TFP」); 2,2,3,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパノール(「PFP」); 2,2,3,3,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブタノール(「HFB」); 2,2,2−トリフルオロエタノール(「TFE」); ノナフルオロ−1−ヘキサノール; 4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,7−ノナフルオロヘプタノール; 1,1,3,3−ヘキサフルオロ−2−フェニル−2−プロパノール; およびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項20に記載の方法。
