Description
a) 水と不完全に混和性である吸収液を提供する段階、
b) 吸収ゾーン内で流体の流れを吸収液で処理して、酸性ガスが枯渇した処理済みの流体の流れおよび酸性ガスを負荷された吸収液を得る段階、
c) 処理済みの流体の流れを再水和ゾーンにみちびき、且つ、流体の流れを水性液で処理して、水性液の少なくとも一部を揮発させる段階、
d) 負荷された吸収液を再生して、酸性ガスを少なくとも一部放出させ、且つ、再生された吸収液が得られ、且つ、再生された吸収液を段階b)にみちびく段階、および
e) 吸収ゾーン内で凝縮された水性液を吸収液から分離し、水性液を段階c)にみちびく段階
を含む前記方法を提供する。
i)有機物の酸化、
ii)有機物を含む廃材のコンポスト化または貯蔵、または
iii)有機物の細菌性分解
に由来する。
Claims (14)
- 水蒸気を含有する流体の流れから二酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、
a) 水と不完全に混和性である吸収液を提供する段階、
b) 吸収ゾーン内で流体の流れを吸収液で処理して、二酸化炭素が枯渇した処理済みの流体の流れおよび二酸化炭素を負荷された吸収液を得る段階、
c) 処理済みの流体の流れを再水和ゾーンにみちびき、且つ、流体の流れを水性液で処理して、水性液の少なくとも一部を揮発させる段階、
d) 負荷された吸収液を再生して、二酸化炭素を少なくとも一部放出させて、再生された吸収液を得て、且つ、再生された吸収液を段階b)にみちびく段階、および
e) 吸収ゾーン内で凝縮された水性液を吸収液から分離し、水性液を段階c)にみちびく段階
を含む前記方法。 - 水性液の分離が、負荷された吸収液を液体・液体の相分離に供して水性液をそこから分離することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 吸収液が本質的に水と不混和性である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 水性液が、段階c)において不完全に揮発され、処理済みの流体の流れを水性液でスクラビングして、連行された吸収液を処理済みの流体の流れから除去する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 使用済み水性液の少なくとも一部が、本体の負荷された吸収液または本体の再生された吸収液またはそれらの両方と混合される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 使用済み水性液を液体・液体の相分離に供して、水相と連行された吸収液相とが得られ、且つ、連行された吸収液相の少なくとも一部が、本体の負荷された吸収液または本体の再生された吸収液またはそれらの両方と混合される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 流体の流れが、分圧2bar未満の二酸化炭素を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体の流れが、燃焼工程からの排ガスである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 負荷された吸収液の再生を、圧力解放、加熱、ストリッピングまたはそれらの任意の組み合わせによって行う、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 負荷された吸収液が、再生された吸収液との間接的な熱交換によって予熱される、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 吸収液が、窒素を含む塩基および弱酸を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 窒素を含む塩基および弱酸が、それらの限定された水混和性に従って選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 窒素を含む塩基が、アミジン、グアニジンおよびそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 弱酸が、アルコールから選択される、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
