Claims (15)
- ワイヤレス医療装置において、
患者の生理学的データをモニタするセンサ及び患者に治療を提供するアクチュエータの少なくとも一方と、
モニタされた生理学的データ及び提供された治療の少なくとも一方に関連する情報パケットを送信し及び/又は受信するワイヤレストランシーバであって、複数の選択可能な動作パラメータを有するワイヤレストランシーバと、
前記ワイヤレス医療装置の現在の地理的位置を確かめ、前記現在の地理的位置に関連する対応する地理的領域を決定し、前記決定された地理的領域に基づいて前記複数の動作パラメータを規定する複数の動作プロファイルのうち1つに従って前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御する、ロケーション管理モジュールと、
を有し、
前記ロケーション管理モジュールは、近傍のワイヤレス医療装置に、前記決定された地理的領域に対応する動作プロファイルを送信するように、前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御する、
ワイヤレス医療装置。 - 複数の動作プロファイルを記憶するプロファイルメモリを更に有し、各動作プロファイルが、少なくとも1つの地理的領域に関連する、前記ワイヤレストランシーバの複数の動作パラメータを規定する、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス医療装置。
- 前記動作パラメータは、周波数、デューティサイクル、帯域幅及び最大送信電力の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス医療装置。
- 前記ワイヤレス医療装置の前記現在の地理的位置を決定し、前記ロケーション管理モジュールに前記現在の地理的位置を送る全地球測位モジュールを更に有する、請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤレス医療装置。
- 対応する地理的領域を前記ロケーション管理モジュールに入力するように動作されるユーザ入力部を更に有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤレス医療装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の複数のワイヤレス医療装置と、
前記複数のワイヤレス医療装置をインフラストラクチャネットワークとインタフェースするワイヤレスハブと、
前記モニタされた生理学的データを受信するとともに、アクチュエータを制御して治療を提供するためのアクチュエータ制御信号を送信するために、前記複数のワイヤレス医療装置と通信するワイヤレストランシーバと、
前記ワイヤレスハブの現在の地理的位置を確かめ、前記複数のワイヤレス医療装置の少なくとも1つに、前記現在の地理的位置及び前記現在の地理的位置に関する動作プロファイルの少なくとも一方を送信するように、前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御するロケーション管理モジュールと、
前記ワイヤレス医療装置に関連する情報パケットを送受信するために前記インフラストラクチャネットワークと通信するインフラストラクチャトランシーバと、
を有するワイヤレス患者エリアネットワーク。 - 前記ワイヤレストランシーバ及び前記インフラストラクチャトランシーバが同一のトランシーバである、請求項6に記載のワイヤレス患者エリアネットワーク。
- 前記ワイヤレスハブが、前記ワイヤレスハブの前記現在の地理的位置を決定し、前記現在の地理的位置及び前記現在の地理的位置に関する動作プロファイルの少なくとも一方を、前記ロケーション管理モジュールに送る全地球測位モジュールを更に有する、請求項6乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤレス患者エリアネットワーク。
- 患者エリアネットワークの方法であって、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の複数のワイヤレス医療装置及び請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤレスハブを有するワイヤレス患者エリアネットワークを形成するステップと、
前記ワイヤレスハブを通じて、前記複数のワイヤレス医療装置をインフラストラクチャネットワークとインタフェースするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ワイヤレスハブの現在の地理的位置を確かめるステップと、
前記確かめられた地理的位置に従って、対応する地理的領域を決定するステップと、
前記決定された地理的領域に基づいて、前記複数の動作プロファイルのうち1つに従って動作するように前記ワイヤレス医療装置の前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御するステップと、
近傍のワイヤレス医療装置に、前記決定された地理的領域に対応する動作プロファイルを送信するように、前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御するステップと、
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - ワイヤレス医療装置の作動方法であって、
患者の生理学的データをモニタすること又は患者に治療を提供することの少なくとも一方を行うステップと、
複数の選択可能な動作パラメータを有するワイヤレストランシーバを通じて、前記モニタされた生理学的データ及び前記提供された治療の少なくとも一方に関連する情報パケットを、ワイヤレスで送信し及び/又は受信するステップと、
前記ワイヤレス医療装置の現在の地理的位置を確かめるステップと、
前記現在の地理的位置に関連する対応する地理的領域を決定するステップと、
前記決定された地理的領域に基づいて、前記複数の動作パラメータを規定する複数の動作プロファイルのうち1つに従って動作するように前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御するステップと、
近傍のワイヤレス医療装置に、前記決定された地理的領域に対応する動作プロファイルを送信するように、前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記複数の動作プロファイルを記憶するステップを更に含み、各動作プロファイルが、少なくとも1つの地理的領域に関連する、前記ワイヤレストランシーバの複数の動作パラメータを規定する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤレス医療装置の前記現在の地理的位置を決定し、前記現在の地理的位置を送るステップ、又は、
対応する地理的領域を手動で決定し、前記ロケーション管理モジュールに前記対応する地理的領域を送信するステップ、
を更に含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。 - 前記動作パラメータは、周波数、デューティサイクル、帯域幅及び最大送信電力の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複数のワイヤレス医療装置をインフラストラクチャネットワークとインタフェースするワイヤレスハブにおいて、
前記複数のワイヤレス医療装置によりモニタされた生理学的データを受信するとともに、アクチュエータを制御して治療を提供するためのアクチュエータ制御信号を送信するために、前記複数のワイヤレス医療装置と通信するワイヤレストランシーバと、
前記ワイヤレスハブの現在の地理的位置を確かめ、前記複数のワイヤレス医療装置の少なくとも1つに、前記現在の地理的位置及び前記現在の地理的位置に関する動作プロファイルの少なくとも一方を送信するように、前記ワイヤレストランシーバを制御するロケーション管理モジュールと、
前記ワイヤレス医療装置に関連する情報パケットを送受信するために前記インフラストラクチャネットワークと通信するインフラストラクチャトランシーバと、
を有するワイヤレスハブ。
