Claims (7)
- − タービンハウジング(2)であって、
− タービンハウジング入口(8)及びタービンハウジング出口(9)を有し、
− 前記タービンハウジング入口(8)と前記タービンハウジング出口(9)との間にウェイストゲートダクト(10)を有するタービンハウジング(2)と、
− 前記ウェイストゲートダクト(10)を開閉するための遮断要素(13)とを備える排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
− 前記遮断要素(13)が、前記タービンハウジング(2)に挿入されるスリーブ(14)と、長手方向軸線(L)に沿って移動可能であるように前記スリーブ(14)で案内されるピストン(22)とを備え、
− 前記スリーブ(14)がアパーチャ(15、16)を有し、前記アパーチャ(15、16)において、前記ウェイストゲートダクト(5)が前記スリーブ(14)の内部内に開口し、
前記スリーブ(14)と前記タービンハウジング(2)との間に、前記スリーブ(14)と前記タービンハウジング(2)とを熱的に分離するための隙間(20)を有し、
前記隙間(20)が前記スリーブ(14)の全長にわたってかつ前記長手方向軸線(L)の周りの全周にわたって形成され、
シールリング(21)が前記隙間(20)に配置される、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記ウェイストゲートダクト(5)が、第1のアパーチャ(15)で前記長手方向軸線(L)に対して平行にかつ第2のアパーチャ(16)で前記長手方向軸線(L)に対して横方向に前記スリーブ(14)内に開口する請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記タービンハウジング入口(8)から延びる前記ウェイストゲートダクト(5)の部分が前記第1のアパーチャ(15)で開口し、前記タービンハウジング出口(9)に至る前記ウェイストゲートダクト(5)の部分が前記第2のアパーチャで開口する請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記シールリング(21)が前記第1のアパーチャ(15)と前記第2のアパーチャ(16)との間の前記隙間(20)に配置される請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スリーブ(14)がカラー(17)により前記タービンハウジング(2)に当接する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スリーブ(14)がカバー(18)によって閉じられる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記ピストン(22)をアクチュエータに接続するピストンロッド(24)を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
