Claims (2)
- 砥粒と液体とを混合したスラリを導入して該スラリを貯留する所定長のスラリ貯留室が設けられ、このスラリ貯留室の近傍に該スラリ貯留室の長さ方向と直交する方向に所定長のエア噴射通路が設けられ、このエア噴射通路と前記スラリ貯留室とは導出通路により連通され、前記エア噴射通路を加圧エアが通過することにより前記スラリ貯留室から導出通路を介してスラリが導出され、このスラリと前記加圧エアとは混合室で混合され、この加圧エアとスラリとが混合された噴射材をスリット状の噴射部から噴射するノズル体であって、前記スラリ貯留室の長さ方向の左右端部のうち、一方の端部には該スラリ貯留室内にスラリを導入するスラリ導入部が開口状態に設けられ、他方の端部には前記導出通路に導入されない余剰のスラリを導出するスラリ導出部が開口状態に設けられており、前記スラリ導入部の開口径よりも前記スラリ導出部の開口径が小さく設定されていることを特徴とするノズル体。
- 請求項1記載のノズル体において、前記スラリ貯留室の内壁,前記導出通路の内壁及び前記混合室の内壁には、ウレタン樹脂製の保護層が設けられていることを特徴とするノズル体。
