Description

The present invention, for example, in the case of a structure and a tower-like body provided with an outer wall for the purpose of preventing the structure from wind and rain and improving the aesthetic appearance, when the outer wall is replaced with a conventional concrete or the like to form a membrane structure The present invention relates to a method for constructing an outer wall film.

The structure as used in this specification refers to a steel pipe for exhaust gas ventilation of a chimney, a bridge pier that supports a floor slab of a highway made of concrete or steel, a post for lighting such as a baseball field or a soccer field, and a purpose of transmitting and receiving radio waves Antenna tower.

For example, when a chimney is constructed in an urban area or a sightseeing spot, the periphery of the steel pipe for exhaust gas ventilation is covered with a decorative outer wall so as not to damage the scenery (for example, Patent Document 1). The outer wall covering the periphery of the steel pipe for exhaust gas ventilation is generally composed of reinforced concrete, lightweight cellular concrete, prestressed concrete panel, or the like.

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for chimney products aimed at shortening the construction period, and there is a demand for a structure that does not require time and effort when disassembling the chimney.

However, in the case of an outer wall made of reinforced concrete or the like, a work period required for construction is required for about one year, and it takes time and labor to disassemble. In addition, it is difficult to design in consideration of the environment, and the shape is limited to a uniform shape such as a square, a circle, or a polygon.

In addition, highway piers, lighting posts such as baseball stadiums and soccer fields, and antenna towers for the purpose of transmitting and receiving radio waves are generally made of concrete or steel, and their functions are emphasized. At present, there is not much consideration for the landscape.

These aged piers and struts are expensive to renew, but there is a demand for renewing the outer walls to improve aesthetics. In addition, since these piers and columns have many uniform shapes, there is a demand for functions and high design that can follow deformation. In addition, these bridge piers and columns are often present in urban areas, and aesthetically, they are required to light up at night, and there is a demand for lighting from the inside to the outside.

The outer wall membrane construction method of the tower of the present invention,
A tower-shaped outer wall film construction method for constructing an outer wall film composed of a plurality of film members on a steel structure constructed outside a structure,
After installing an appropriate number of winches on the upper end and / or midway of the steel structure,
Laying guide wires near both sides of the membrane member from the upper end of the steel structure to the base, and attaching the upper end of the membrane member to the lifting member installed in the winch,
The steel frame along the guide wire of the unwound film member by driving a roll unfolding device arranged near the base of the steel structure to unwind the roll film member while unwinding the winch When lifting toward the top of the structure,
In the vicinity of the base portion of the steel structure, after fixing metal fittings with other film members on both sides of the film member at a predetermined interval, the fixing metal objects are movably connected to the guide wire, After the membrane member is lifted up to the upper end of the steel structure, the upper and lower portions of the membrane member are fixed,
Next, the above operation is repeated for another film member at a position adjacent to the film member to which the upper and lower parts are fixed, and the film member is lifted up to the upper end of the steel structure, and then the fixing located on each side of the adjacent film member The operation of releasing the connection between the hardware and the guide wire and joining the fixing hardware of the adjacent film members,
The most important feature is that it is repeatedly carried out over the entire outer periphery of the steel structure.

In the present invention, when the roll-shaped film member is lifted while being unwound, the upper and lower portions of the film member are fixed after the fixing metal fittings attached to both sides at every predetermined interval are lifted while being movably connected to the guide wire. . Next, after repeating the above operation for another film member at a position adjacent to the film member with the upper and lower portions fixed, the connection between the fixing metal and the guide wire located on each side of the adjacent film member is released. The operation of joining the fixing metal fittings of the adjacent film members is repeated over the entire outer periphery of the steel structure. Therefore, it is possible to construct the outer wall film without providing a temporary scaffold outside.

In the present invention, it is possible to easily construct the outer wall film of the tower-like body in a short period of time without providing a temporary scaffolding, which can be an external wall design that considers the environment and a geometric shape with improved design. it can.

The object of the present invention is to easily construct the outer wall film of the tower-like body in a short period of time by the following method.

While unwinding the roll-shaped film member, fixing metal fittings are attached to both sides at predetermined intervals and are lifted while being movably connected to the guide wire, and after the lifting, the upper and lower parts of the film member are fixed.

Next, after repeating the above operation for another film member at a position adjacent to the film member with the upper and lower portions fixed, the connection between the fixing metal and the guide wire located on each side of the adjacent film member is released. Then, the fixing metal members of the adjacent film members are joined together.

The above operation is repeated over the entire outer periphery of the steel structure.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining the outline of the outer wall film construction method for a tower-like body of the present invention.

1 is a steel structure tower (hereinafter referred to as a steel structure body) having a height of 60 m, for example, which is constructed outside the steel pipe 2 for exhaust gas ventilation of a chimney, which is a structure. A stage 1a for maintenance is provided every 5 m.

Hereinafter, a method for constructing an outer wall film composed of three film members 3 to 5 having a width of, for example, 8 m and a length of 60 m (weight is 580 kg) on the outer periphery of the steel structure 1 by the method of the present invention. explain. For the sake of explanation, the membrane member 3 is also referred to as a first membrane member 3, the membrane member 4 is also referred to as a second membrane member 4, and the membrane member 5 is also referred to as a third membrane member 5.

(preparation work)
First, for example, four winches (not shown) each having a lifting capacity of 200 kg and a lifting height of 40 m are placed at the upper end 1b of the steel structure 1 at the lifting position of the membrane members 3 to 5 and the position 1c having a height of 30 m. A total of 8 units x 3 = 24 units will be installed. A lifting member 7 is installed at the tip of the wire rope 6 wound around the winding cylinder of these winches. Needless to say, if the lift of the winch to be installed is larger than the height of the steel structure 1, the winch need only be installed at the upper end 1 b of the steel structure 1.

Next, the guide wire 8 is laid from the upper end 1b of the steel structure 1 to the base portion 1d in the vicinity of both sides of each membrane member 3-5 at the lifting position of the membrane members 3-5. Moreover, the film | membrane member 3-5 wound in roll shape is set to each roll expansion | deployment apparatus 9a-9c arrange | positioned in the vicinity of the base part 1d of the steel structure 1 in the lifting position of each film | membrane member 3-5.

(Membrane member lifting work)
The upper end portion of the first membrane member 3 set in the roll unfolding device 9a is attached to the lifting member 7 installed in the winch installed in the position 1c having a height of 30 m of the steel structure 1.

Thereafter, the roll unfolding device 9a is driven to rotate the roll to unwind the first film member 3, while winding up the winch installed at the position 1c of the steel structure 1, and unwinding the first film member 3 Is lifted along the guide wire 8 toward the upper end 1 b of the steel structure 1.

Then, after the first membrane member 3 is lifted up to a height of 29 m with the winch installed at the position 1c of the steel structure 1, the first membrane member 3 is mounted on the winch installed at the upper end 1b of the steel structure 1. Refill and lift to the upper end 1b of the steel structure 1.

At the time of the lifting, in parallel with the lifting, the first film member 3 is provided on both sides of the unwound first film member 3 at the unwinding portion of the first film member 3 from the roll developing device 9a. Are fixed to the second and third film members 4 and 5 at a predetermined interval. Then, the fixing hardware 10 and the guide wire 8 are movably connected using, for example, a carabiner 11 (see FIG. 2).

In the example shown in FIG. 2, both end portions of the first film member 3 are arranged so that the fixing hardware 10 attached to both side portions of the first film member 3 does not come off from both end surfaces of the first film member 3. In FIG. 1, a long member 12 such as a rope or rubber is attached.

In addition, for example, an operator is placed on one stage 1a that is skipped, and the first film member 3 that has been lifted is replaced temporarily. At that time, if necessary, the pressing belt 13 is temporarily fixed, for example, every 10 m in the lifting position of the first film member 3, and the first film member 3 lifted is connected to the pressing belt 13 and the steel frame. Pass between the structures 1. Thereafter, the pressing belt 13 is permanently fixed to the steel structure 1, the passed membrane member 3 is pressed against the steel structure 1, and the first film material 3 in an unstable state until the tension is introduced is obtained. Prevent fluttering by the wind.

The configuration of the pressing belt 13 is not particularly limited as long as the first membrane member 3 can be pressed against the steel structure 1, but in FIG. 3, for example, a flat belt made of nylon or polyester is used. The thing which formed the annular part 13a in the both ends is shown. When the pressing belt 13 shown in FIG. 3 is used, it is fixed to the steel structure 1 using the annular portions 13a at both ends.

After the first membrane member 3 is lifted up to the upper end 1b of the steel structure 1, the upper and lower portions of the first membrane member 3 are fixed. At that time, it is desirable to fix the first membrane member 1 so that the tension is uniform at each position in the width direction. The upper and lower fixing means may be fixed by any means as long as the upper and lower portions of the first membrane member 3 can be fixed to the upper end 1 and the base 1d of the steel structure 1.

Next, the second film member 4 is lifted in the same manner as the first film member 3 by using a winch and a roll developing device 9b at a position adjacent to one side surface of the first film member 3 to which the upper and lower parts are fixed. And fix the top and bottom. Thereafter, the connection between the fixing metal 10 and the guide wire 8 located on the adjacent side surface portions of the first film member 3 and the second film member 4 is released, and the adjacent first and second film members 3 are adjacent to each other. , 4 are joined.

After the adjacent first and second membrane members 3 and 4 are joined, a second membrane member is used between the second membrane member 4 and the first membrane member 3 by using a winch and a roll developing device 9c. The third film member 5 is lifted in the same manner as 4, the upper and lower parts thereof are fixed, and the adjacent first and second film members 3, 4 and the third film member 5 are joined in the same manner as described above. .

Hereinafter, a method of joining adjacent side end portions of the membrane members 3 and 4 among the adjacent membrane members 3 and 4, 4, 5, 5 and 3 will be described with reference to FIG. 4.
For example, as described above, a long member 12 such as a rope or rubber is attached to both end portions of the membrane members 3 and 4 (see FIG. 4A).

When the membrane members 3 and 4 are unwound, the unwound membrane members 3 and 4 are lifted toward the upper end 1 b of the steel structure 1 along the guide wire 8. Fixing hardware 10 is attached to both side end portions at a predetermined interval (see FIG. 4B).

The fixing hardware 10 includes, for example, a pair of metal flat plates 10a and 10b having a predetermined length, such as aluminum, and a suitable number of flat bolts 10c and nuts 10d. The flat bolt 10c is positioned outside the steel structure 1. It is tightened in this way. An appropriate number of through holes 10e of the long screw rod 14a are provided at positions different from the tightening positions by the countersunk bolt 10c and the nut 10d.

In this way, the through-holes 10e of the fixing hardware 10 attached to the adjacent side ends so that the outer peripheral sides of the adjacent side ends of the adjacent film members 3 and 4 to which the fixing metal 10 is attached are attached to each other. The threaded rod 14a is penetrated from the inside of the membrane members 3 and 4 adjacent to each other, and the nut 14b is attached (see FIG. 4C).

The nut 14b is tightened from the state of FIG. 4C, and the outer peripheral sides of the adjacent side end portions of the adjacent membrane members 3 and 4 are attached to each other (see FIG. 4D). Thereafter, the screw rod 14a is sequentially replaced with a bolt 15a and a nut 15b (FIG. 4E).

Then, when the screw rod 14a is replaced with the bolt 15a and the nut 15b, the U-shaped hardware 16 is attached at an appropriate position and fixed to the cable for tension attached to the steel structure 1 (FIG. 4 (f)). In addition, you may utilize the guide wire 8 utilized at the time of lifting as a cable for extending | stretching.

According to the method of the present invention, an outer wall film can be applied to the steel structure 1 without providing a temporary scaffold outside the steel structure 1.

The present invention is not limited to the above examples, and it goes without saying that the embodiments may be changed as appropriate within the scope of the technical idea described in each claim.

For example, in the above example, the method of constructing the outer wall film on the steel structure 1 constructed outside the exhaust gas communicating steel pipe 2 has been described. However, the steel structure provided outside the bridge pier, the lighting column, the antenna tower, etc. It can also be applied to the case where an outer wall film is applied to No. 1.

In the above example, the outer wall film is constructed using the three wall members 3 to 5, but the number of film members to be used is not limited to three.

In the above example, winches and roll developing devices 9a to 9c are installed as many as the membrane members 3 to 5 to be lifted. However, the winch and the roll developing device have only the number of membrane members to be lifted. You may move the installation position according to the members 3-5.

Further, in the above example, the example in which all the necessary number of guide wires 8 are first laid has been shown. However, when the membrane member is lifted, a corresponding guide wire may be laid for each of the lifted membrane members. .
