Description
Claims (12)
- 生体内の骨を治療する装置であって、
骨折を有する骨に取り付けられるように構成されたインプラントと、
前記インプラントの第1の部分の歪みを測定する第1のセンサと、
前記骨折が存在しない骨の非脆弱部分の歪みを測定する前記インプラントの2つの骨固定要素受け穴の間に隔離された第2のセンサと、
を含み、
前記インプラントの第1の部分は、前記インプラントが目標位置で前記骨に接続された場合に前記骨折が存在する骨の脆弱部分に接続されるように構成される装置。 - 前記インプラントは、プレートである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 生体内の骨を治療する装置であって、
骨折を有する骨に取り付けられるように構成されたインプラントと、
前記インプラントの第1の部分の歪みを測定する第1のセンサと、
手術位置にある場合に、第2のセンサが前記骨の非脆弱部分の皮質壁に接触するように、前記骨の非脆弱部分に挿入された骨固定要素の一部に取り付けられている第2のセンサを含み、
前記インプラントの第1の部分は、前記インプラントが目標位置で前記骨に接続された場合に前記骨折が存在する骨の脆弱部分に接続されるように構成される装置。 - 前記第2のセンサは、前記骨固定要素の近位部の外周の周りに延在している、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記インプラントは、剛性部分と、前記剛性部分の第2の屈曲剛性よりも小さい第1の屈曲剛性を有する柔軟性部分とを含み、前記第2のセンサは前記柔軟性部分に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のセンサは、前記骨に対する荷重を測定する荷重センサである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のセンサによる前記骨折部位全体の歪みの測定と同時に前記骨を含む脚に対する荷重を測定するために、靴の中に配置されるように構成されている、さらなるセンサをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のセンサは、無線で外部データ収集装置にデータを提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のセンサは、MEMSセンサおよびプリント回路基板に接続された受動チップのうちの1つである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 骨治癒の経過を追跡するシステムであって、
骨の骨折部位を固定するインプラントであって、前記インプラントが目標位置で前記骨に取り付けられた場合に前記骨の骨折部位に接続された位置でそこに取り付けられた、第1の歪みを測定する第1のセンサを含むインプラントと、
前記骨折部位から離れた前記骨の部分の第2の歪みを測定する第2のセンサであって、前記第1の歪みと前記第2の歪みとの比が、前記骨に対する荷重の作用を正規化し、かつ前記骨折部位が治癒するにつれて増加する剛性を示すように、前記インプラントの2つの骨固定要素受け穴の間に隔離された第2のセンサと、
を含むシステム。 - 前記インプラントは、柔軟性部分および剛性部分を含み、前記剛性部分の第1の屈曲剛性は前記柔軟性部分の第2の屈曲剛性よりも大きく、前記第2のセンサは前記柔軟性部分に取り付けられており、前記第1のセンサは前記剛性部分に取り付けられている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記インプラントが目標構成で骨に接続された場合に前記柔軟性部分の両側にある前記2つの骨固定要素受け穴から挿入される第1および第2の固定ねじをさらに含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
