Description

Claims (11)
- 多軸骨固定装置であって、
骨の中に固定するためのシャンク(2)およびヘッド(3)を有する骨固定要素(1)と、
ロッド(6)を骨固定要素(1)に結合するための受け側(5,5′,5″)とを備え、前記受け側は
第1の端部(9a)、第2の端部(9b)、および中にロッド(6)を受入れるための底面を有する凹所(12)を有するロッド受け部(9,9′,9″)と、
第1の端部(19a)、境界エッジを有する開いている第2の端部(19b)、および開いている第2の端部(19b)と連通してヘッド(3)を導入するための中空内部(23)を有するヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)とを含み、該ヘッド受け部はヘッド(3)の挿入およびクランプを可能にするよう可撓性を有し、前記第2の端部(19b)の前記境界エッジは前記第2の端部(19b)の外周端縁であり、
前記受け側はさらに、ヘッド受け部(19)の周りに取付けられるロッキングリング(8)を含み、
ヘッド(3)はヘッド受け部(19)内において回動可能であり、ロッキングリング(8)によってヘッド受け部(19)を締付けることにより、ある角度で固定でき、
境界エッジは、骨固定要素(1)が前記境界エッジの第1の位置において、前記境界エッジの第2の位置よりも大きいピボット角度で回動できるよう構成されており、
ヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)はロッド受け部(9,9′,9″)に回転可能に接続され、
ヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)は、第2の端部(19b)に開く複数のスリット(24)を備えるとともに、ロッキングリング(8)がヘッド受け部の開放端部(19b)から取付け可能であるような可撓性および大きさを有する、多軸骨固定装置。 - ヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)の第1の端部(19a)は、ロッド受け部(9,9′,9″)の第2の端部(9b)に接続される、請求項1に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)およびロッド受け部(9,9′,9″)は噛合い嵌合によって接続される、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)は、第1の端部(19a)において、周縁溝(21)がある円筒形部分(20)を有し、ロッド受け部(9,9′,9″)は第2の端部(9b)において、円筒形部分(20)が嵌合するボア(10)を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ロッド受け部(9)は、少なくとも1つのピンホール(16)と、溝(21)内に少なくとも部分的に延在するよう位置づけられるピン(18)とを含む、請求項4に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ボア(10)は、ヘッド受け部(19′,19″)の溝(21)に対向して、その壁に周縁溝(30,300)を含み、ヘッド受け部の溝(21)内に、ロッド受け部(9′,9″)の溝(21′,210)に延在できるスプリットリング(50,500)が設けられる、請求項4に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 境界エッジは、骨固定要素が中に回動したときに、拡大されたピボット角度を与える凹所領域(25)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)は、ヘッドが固定されるようにロッキングリング(8)がヘッド受け部を締付ける場合に、ロッド受け部(9,9′,9″)に対して固定される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 受け側(5,5′,5″)は、ロッド受け部(9,9′,9″)の第1の端部(9a)からヘッド受け部(19,19′,19″)の開いている第2の端部(19b)に延在す
る対称軸(C)を含み、ロッキングリング(8)は対称軸(C)に沿って移動可能である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。 - ロッド(6)を介してロッキングリング(8)に圧力を与える動きは、ヘッド(3)が固定されるまでヘッド受け部を締付ける、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ロッド(6)用の凹所(12)はU字形の凹所である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
