Description
Claims (9)
- シールによって画定されるオリフィスを通る中心流路軸を含む流体通路を規定する弁本体と、
前記シールに対して回転し、前記弁本体の流入口と流出口との間の流量を制御する密封表面を有する弁体と、
前記弁体をアクチュエータと動作可能に連結し、前記弁体に偏心可能に連結して、完全開位置と完全閉位置との間を前記密封表面がそこを中心にして回転する旋回軸を規定するシャフトと、を含み、
前記密封表面は、その曲率半径によって規定された曲率中心を含み、
前記弁体が、前記密封表面と前記シールとの間に密封が形成される前記完全閉位置にあるとき、前記密封表面の前記曲率中心は、前記中心流路軸と実質的に一致し、前記旋回軸は、前記中心流路軸に垂直な第一の軸に沿った第一の方向に前記中心流路軸から第一の距離だけオフセットし、かつ、前記中心流路軸に沿った第二の方向に前記曲率中心から第二の距離だけオフセットし、前記曲率中心は、前記旋回軸と前記シールとの間に位置する、流体弁。 - 前記旋回軸が、前記密封表面の前記曲率中心と前記第一の軸及び前記中心流路軸それぞれに対して、0度よりも大きく、かつ90度よりも小さい角度内に位置している、請求項1に記載の流体弁。
- 前記弁体が前記完全閉位置にあるとき、前記角度が前記第一の軸に対して約1度〜45度の範囲にある、請求項2に記載の流体弁。
- 前記弁体がボール弁を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体弁。
- 前記ボール弁が、セグメントボール弁または微小のVノッチを有するボール弁を含む、請求項4に記載の流体弁。
- 前記密封表面が球形の密封表面を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の流体弁。
- カムの距離が、第一の距離および第二の距離によって規定された斜辺によって定められる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体弁。
- 前記カムの距離が約0.13〜0.8cmとなるように、前記第一の距離が約0.13〜0.64cmであり、前記第二の距離が約0.025〜0.38cmである、請求項7に記載の流体弁。
- 前記弁体が前記完全閉位置と前記完全開位置との間を移動するとき、前記密封表面が前
記旋回軸回りに前記シールに対する90度回転によって移動可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の流体弁。
