Description
(1)低温流体が液体の場合では採用できない。
(2)パージボックスから逆止弁を経て外部に低温流体が排出されるので、低温流体が人体や環境に影響を与える成分を有する場合は採用できない。
(3)低温流体によってグランドパッキンが低温化され、グランドパッキンのシール性が悪化して外部に低温流体が漏れ易くなる点は改善されない。
Claims (1)
- 低温流体が流れる配管途中に設けられ、この配管に連通する内部流路を有するバルブ本体 と、前記バルブ本体の内部流路を通過する低温流体の流量を規制する弁体を先端に装着した弁軸を摺動可能にガイドするグランド部を内部に有するとともに前記バルブ本体に連結する中間部と、空気圧を受けて前記弁軸を駆動する操作器とを備えた空気作動弁と、前記 空気作動弁が設定開度となるように前記空気作動弁の操作器へ出力する空気圧を制御するポジショナとから構成される調節弁であって、前記空気作動弁の少なくとも前記中間部を気密状態を保って囲う、断熱材料を用いたパージカバーを設け、前記ポジショナが外部より供給される空気の一部をパージ空気として前記ポジショナから前記パージカバーの内部空間に放出するパージ空気放出管路を設けたことを特徴とする調節弁。
