Description
本発明の各種実施形態では、CPRと除細動ショックの送達間の遅延を最小化できるように、患者からのECG信号を迅速かつ確実に評価する装置および方法が開示される。図1は、AEDとCPRで蘇生試行を施されている心停止患者を示す。AED100は電極パッド104と106が患者の胸部に接続されており、救助者108は患者110に胸部圧迫を迅速に提供する姿勢で示されている。
Claims (5)
- 自動体外除細動器(AED)であって、
患者の心臓活動に対応するECG信号を獲得するECGセンサと、
心肺蘇生(CPR)指示を提供するプロンプト装置と、
CPRを中止するという指示の後、2つのリズム解析アルゴリズムを実行させるようにプログラムされたマイクロプロセッサを含み、ショック適用可リズムの存在を判定するために前記ECG信号の区間を解析する制御システムであって、前記2つのリズム解析アルゴリズムのうちの一方が、前記2つのリズム解析アルゴリズムのうちの他方に対して開始遅延があるショック適用可リズム検証アルゴリズムを提供する、前記制御システムと、
前記制御システムによるショック適用可リズムの存在の判定に応じて、除細動パルスで前記ショック適用可リズムを処置する治療生成回路と、
を備える自動体外除細動器。 - 前記2つのリズム解析アルゴリズムの第1のアルゴリズムが、CPRを中止するという前記プロンプト装置による通知の直後に受信される前記ECG信号の解析を含む請求項1に記載の自動体外除細動器。
- 前記リズム解析アルゴリズムの第2のアルゴリズムが開始遅延ショック適用可リズム検証アルゴリズムであり、CPRを中止するという前記プロンプト装置による通知の数秒後に獲得されるECG信号の解析を含む請求項2に記載の自動体外除細動器。
- 前記ECGセンサが一対の電極を備える請求項1に記載の自動体外除細動器。
- 前記リズム解析アルゴリズムが略同一のアルゴリズムである請求項1に記載の自動体外除細動器。
