Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジンのための温度検知デバイスを組み立てる方法であって、
温度センサを提供するステップと、
冷却空気をその前方領域からその後方領域に送るハウジングを提供するステップと、
温度センサの一部が前記ハウジングの外部に配置されるように前記温度センサを前記ハウジング内に取り付けるステップと、
複数のインピンジメントアパーチャを有する冷却管を前記ハウジング内に提供するステップであって、前記冷却管が、前記温度センサにほぼ平行に前記温度センサの前方に配置され、前記冷却空気が圧力差に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記冷却管に導かれる、前記ステップと、
前記冷却管と前記温度センサとが複数の個別の冷却領域を定める離間された関係となるように前記冷却管と前記温度センサに結合する1組の支持リブを提供するステップであって、冷却空気が圧力差に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記冷却管の長手方向で前記冷却管を通り、前記複数のインピンジメントアパーチャから排出されて前記複数の個別の冷却領域に流れる、前記ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記温度センサを前記ハウジング内の冷却空気から断熱するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持リブは、前記ハウジングに結合されない、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記冷却空気を前記ハウジングから排出するための複数の出口アパーチャを含む、請項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン用の温度検知デバイスであって、
温度センサと、
前記温度センサの第2の部分が前記ハウジングの外部に配置されるように前記温度センサの第1の部分を覆うよう構成されたハウジングと、
複数のインピンジメントアパーチャを含む冷却管であって、前記冷却管が、前記温度センサにほぼ平行に前記温度センサの前方に配置され、前記冷却空気が圧力差に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記冷却管に導かれる、前記冷却管と、
前記冷却管と前記温度センサとが複数の個別の冷却領域を定める離間された関係となるように前記冷却管と前記温度センサに結合する1組の支持リブと、
を備え、前記ハウジングが、冷却空気の流れを受け取るよう構成され、
冷却空気が圧力差に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記冷却管の長手方向で前記冷却管を通り、前記複数のインピンジメントアパーチャから排出されて前記複数の個別の冷却領域に流れる、デバイス。 - 前記温度センサが、前記ハウジング内の冷却空気から断熱されるよう構成される、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、2300°Fと2800°Fの間の使用温度を有するように構成される、請求項5または6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記冷却空気を前記ハウジングから排出するための複数の出口アパーチャを含む、請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- ガスタービンエンジンであって、
燃焼室と、
前記燃焼室に延びる請求項5乃至8のいずれかに記載のデバイスと、
を備える、ガスタービンエンジン。 - 前記燃焼セクションがバイパス流路を含み、前記温度検知デバイスが、前記バイパス流路から前記冷却空気を受け取るよう構成される、請求項9に記載のガスタービンエンジン。
