Claims (14)
- 目標要素の方へ光を集光する光学装置であって、
− 前記目標要素の方へ光を案内する導波路素子と、
− 第1の波長の入射光を第2の波長の出射光に変換する波長変換素子であって、前記導波路素子に隣接して延びる波長変換素子と、
を含み、
前記波長変換素子に隣接する前記導波路素子が、粗面におけるスポットの形状及び/又は向きに従って伝播光を不規則に反射させることにより、前記導波路素子内を伝播する光の平均経路長さを低減させるための前記粗面を前記導波路素子と前記波長変換素子との間に有する、光学装置。 - 境界面が、前記波長変換素子と前記導波路素子との互いの接触によって形成され、前記導波路素子の表面及び前記波長変換素子の表面が粗い、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記光学装置が、入射光を反射する第1の反射素子を更に含み、前記波長変換素子が、前記導波路素子と前記第1の反射素子との間に延びる、請求項1又は2に記載の光学装置。
- 前記光学装置が、入射光を反射する第2の反射素子を更に含み、前記導波路素子が、前記波長変換素子と前記第2の反射素子との間に延びる、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第2の反射素子に隣接する前記導波路素子の別の境界面が表面粗さを有する、請求項4に記載の光学装置。
- 前記別の境界面が、前記導波路素子と前記第2の反射素子との互いの接触によって形成され、前記導波路素子の表面及び前記第2の反射素子の表面が粗い、請求項5に記載の光学装置。
- 前記光学装置が層状構造を含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の反射素子及び/又は前記第2の反射素子が、前記入射光を拡散反射し、且つ/又は前記入射光を鏡面反射する、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の反射素子及び/又は前記第2の反射素子が、粉末粒子を含むラッカー材料を含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の反射素子及び/又は前記第2の反射素子が、ポリマーをベースとする材料を含む、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の反射素子及び/又は前記第2の反射素子の厚さが、少なくとも1マイクロメートルであり、且つ/又は前記第1の反射素子及び/又は前記第2の反射素子の前記厚さが、最大で2000マイクロメートルである、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 光起電力装置であって、
− 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の光学装置と、
− 前記光学装置の導波路素子に接続された光起電力素子と、
を含む光起電力装置。 - 陽電子放出断層撮影用の検出装置であって
− 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の光学装置と、
− 前記光学装置の導波路素子に接続された検出ユニットと、
を含む検出装置。 - 目標要素の方へ光を集光する光学装置を製造する方法であって、
− 前記目標要素の方へ光を案内する導波路素子を設けることと、
− 第1の波長の入射光を第2の波長の出射光に変換する波長変換素子を設けることと、
− 前記波長変換素子が前記導波路素子に隣接して延びるように、前記波長変換素子及び前記導波路素子を互いに対して配置することと、
を含み、
前記波長変換素子に隣接する前記導波路素子が、粗面におけるスポットの形状及び/又は向きに従って伝播光を不規則に反射させることにより、前記導波路素子内を伝播する光の平均経路長さを低減させるための前記粗面を前記導波路素子と前記波長変換素子との間に有する方法。
