Claims (4)
- 洋上に設置した躯体の開口部に基板がその下端を回転軸として軸支され、前記回転軸より下方の位置に所定重さの錘が前記基板と一体に配置されており、前記基板は無風の時に垂直状態を呈するとともに前記基板が洋上の風を受けることにより前記回転軸を中心に海面上の180度の範囲を回転することにより前記開口部を開閉可能としており、前記基板により前記開口部の下方に位置する海面に前記基板の角度に応じた日陰を形成して、前記海面からの過剰な水蒸気蒸発を抑制することにより、過剰な水蒸気蒸発による異常気象の発生膨大化を緩和調整可能とし、かつ前記基板の表裏面の少なくとも一面に太陽光発電パネルを配置して前記太陽光発電パネルによる発電を可能とすることを特徴とする洋上過剰水蒸気蒸発を緩和調整することが可能な洋上発電装置。
- 前記躯体は固定定置式またはフロート移動式のいずれか一方を選択して設置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の洋上過剰水蒸気蒸発を緩和調整することが可能な洋上発電装置。
- 前記基板の回転を前記洋上の風とは別の手段により或いは前記別の手段と前記洋上の風を合わせて行うようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の洋上過剰水蒸気蒸発を緩和調整することが可能な洋上発電装置。
- 発電した電力を、送電、電源ターミナルまたは海上輸送のうち少なくとも1つに用いることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載の洋上過剰水蒸気蒸発を緩和調整することが可能な洋上発電装置。
