Claims (20)
- ワーキングチャネルを介して目標処置領域まで送達するために構成されたアブレーション装置であって、前記装置は、
圧潰構成と拡張構成との間で遷移するように構成された可撓性回路を備え、
前記可撓性回路は、
一列に配置された複数の並列電極であって、前記複数の並列電極は、前記複数の並列電極に平行な軸まわりに圧潰するように構成されている、複数の並列電極を備え、
前記可撓性回路は、
前記複数の並列電極の第1のサブセットに結合された第1のバスと、
前記複数の並列電極の第2のサブセットに結合された第2のバスと
をさらに備え、
前記一列における前記複数の並列電極のうちの任意の2つの隣接する電極は、前記第1のサブセットからの電極と、前記第2のサブセットからの電極とを含む、装置。 - 前記第1のバスおよび前記第2のバスは、前記第1のバスおよび前記第2のバスが前記目標処置領域を切除するのを妨げるように構成された1つ以上の絶縁層によって少なくとも部分的に被覆されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ以上の絶縁層は、ポリイミドを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバスは、前記複数の並列電極の第1の端部に位置し、前記第2のバスは、前記複数の並列電極の第2の端部に位置する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバスおよび前記第2のバスは、それぞれ、弧状である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバスおよび前記第2のバスは、それぞれ、複数の弧を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 各弧の端部は、単一の電極に結合されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバスは、正端子に結合するように構成されており、前記第2のバスは、負端子又はグラウンド端子に結合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1の面と、前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面とを有する弾性体をさらに備え、前記可撓性回路は、前記第1の面上に配設されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の並列電極は、それぞれ、前記弾性体の遠位端まで実質的に延在している、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性体の上に配設された前記可撓性回路を有する前記弾性体は、前記ワーキングチャネル内に配設されたときに前記複数の並列電極に平行な軸まわりに圧潰し、前記弾性体が前記ワーキングチャネルから現れたときに実質的に平坦な向きに拡張するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性体の前記第2の面上に配設された第1のバスと第2のバスとをさらに備え、前記第1のバスは、前記複数の電極の第1のサブセットに結合されており、前記第2のバスは、前記複数の電極の第2のサブセットに結合されている、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性体は、前記電極の第1のサブセットが前記第1のバスに結合する1つ以上のビアと、前記電極の第2のサブセットが前記第2のバスに結合する1つ以上のビアとを備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバスおよび前記第2のバスは、前記複数の並列電極に略垂直に並べられている、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバスおよび前記第2のバスは、銅を含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバスおよび前記第2のバスは、前記複数の並列電極の第1の端部と前記複数の並列電極の第2の端部との間に位置する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 目標処置領域まで処置を送達するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
中心軸を有するガイドアセンブリと、
前記ガイドアセンブリに結合された弾性体と、
前記弾性体上に配設された可撓性回路であって、前記可撓性回路は、一列に配置された複数の並列電極を備え、前記複数の並列電極は、前記複数の並列電極に平行であり且つ前記ガイドアセンブリの前記中心軸に平行な軸まわりに圧潰するように構成されている、可撓性回路と
を備え、
前記可撓性回路は、
前記複数の並列電極の第1のサブセットに結合された第1のバスと、
前記複数の並列電極の第2のサブセットに結合された第2のバスと
をさらに備え、
前記一列における前記複数の並列電極のうちの任意の2つの隣接する電極は、前記第1のサブセットからの電極と、前記第2のサブセットからの電極とを含む、第2のバスと
システム。 - 前記弾性体に結合された1つ以上の支持部をさらに備え、前記1つ以上の支持部は、前記中心軸に平行に並べられており、前記複数の支持部のうちの少なくとも1つは、超弾性材料を含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイドアセンブリと、前記弾性体と、前記弾性体上に配設された前記可撓性回路とを受けるように構成されたワーキングチャネルをさらに備える、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記弾性体および前記可撓性回路は、前記ワーキングチャネルの内部に配設されたときに圧潰構成であり、前記弾性体および前記可撓性回路は、前記弾性体が前記ワーキングチャネルの外側にあるときに実質的に平坦な向きに拡張する、請求項19に記載のシステム。
