Claims (12)
- 基板、前記基板上に形成されるカラーフィルター層、及び前記基板上に形成されるセンサー層を含み、
前記カラーフィルター層が、複数のサブピクセルを含み、
前記センサー層が、第一金属層、第二金属層、及び前記第一金属層と前記第二金属層との間にある絶縁層を含み、
前記第一金属層、前記第二金属層及び前記絶縁層の少なくとも一つが、遮光材料によって形成され、
前記遮光材料のカラーフィルター層における投影が網目形状を形成し、さらに各サブピクセル間の位置に対応して遮蔽し、
前記第一金属層が、第一方向において等間隔に配列している複数の第一金属線によって構成され、前記第一金属線が、複数の幅広部及び複数の幅狭部によって形成され、複数の前記幅広部と前記幅狭部とが交互に配置され且つ順に連結されることを特徴とする、カラーフィルター基板。 - 前記センサー層中の前記第一金属層及び前記第二金属層が、いずれも遮光材料によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記センサー層中の前記絶縁層が、透明絶縁材料によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記センサー層中の一部の前記絶縁層が遮光材料によって形成され、且つ前記遮光材料によって網目形状を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記センサー層中の前記第一金属層及び前記第二金属層が、透明導電性材料によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記センサー層中の前記第一金属層及び一部の前記絶縁層が、遮光材料によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記センサー層中の前記第二金属層及び一部の前記絶縁層が、遮光材料によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記第二金属層が、第二方向において等間隔に配列している複数の第二金属線によって構成され、前記第二金属線が、複数の幅広部及び複数の幅狭部によって形成され、複数の前記幅広部と前記幅狭部分とが交互に配置され且つ順に連結され、
前記第二方向が、前記第一方向に対して垂直であり、
前記第一金属線及び前記第二金属線が、各サブピクセル間の位置に対応するように遮蔽し、前記第一金属線の幅広部と前記第二金属線の幅広部とが向かい合うように、それぞれ前記センサー層におけるコンデンサの上電極板及び下電極板を形成し、前記第一金属線の幅狭部と前記第二金属線の幅狭部とが各前記コンデンサを連結するリード線を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のカラーフィルター基板。 - 前記絶縁層が、シート状であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記センサー層が、前記基板と前記カラーフィルター層との間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のカラーフィルター基板。
- 前記センサー層と前記カラーフィルター層とが、それぞれ前記基板の両側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の前記カラーフィルター基板。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のカラーフィルター基板を含む、コンデンサ式タッチスクリーン。
