Description

The present invention relates to a door and a fitting capable of partitioning and opening two spaces.

As a door that can be opened and closed by partitioning two spaces, for example, a door that is made of flame-retardant wood and can be opened and closed with a hinge or the like, and a grip member for opening and closing is provided in the door body. A door provided by protruding from an escutcheon plate provided is known. When such a door is filled with a flame or smoke on one side of the door due to a fire, if there is a slight gap, the flame or smoke may be transmitted to the other side through the gap. For this reason, there is known a fire door that fills the gap between the escutcheon plate from which the grip member protrudes and the door body with a thermal foam material, and closes the through-hole through which the grip member is inserted in the event of a fire (for example, a patent Reference 1).

In recent years, in order to improve the design, it is known to form a handle, which is an operation part for opening and closing a door, with a synthetic resin. However, the handle made of synthetic resin melts when exposed to a flame due to a fire or the like. For this reason, even if the escutcheon plate is provided with the thermal foam material as described above, the thermal foam material may fall off together with the escutcheon plate made of synthetic resin.

This invention is made | formed in view of this subject, and the place made into the objective is providing the door and fitting excellent in fireproof property provided with the handle made from a synthetic resin.

In order to achieve such an object, the door of the present invention is a door capable of partitioning and opening two spaces, and a locking mechanism that is locked to maintain the closed state of the door, and each space side. A synthetic resin handle for switching the locking mechanism between the locked state and the unlocked state, a connecting member for connecting the handles, and the operation of the handle to the locking mechanism. A transmission member that transmits through and has an opening that is penetrated and covered by the handle; a metal surface material facing each of the spaces; and a hole that is smaller than the opening through which the coupling member and the transmission member pass. A metal opening covering member that covers and covers the opening of at least one of the surface materials, and a thermally expandable member that expands and covers the hole when the opening covering member is provided and heated. When, A door which is characterized in that it comprises.

According to such a door, even if the door is heated by a fire or the like and the handle made of synthetic resin is melted, the opening of at least one surface material is smaller than the opening through which the connecting member and the transmission member penetrate. Since it is covered with the metal opening covering member provided with the portion, it is possible to suppress the penetration of flame and smoke than when the entire opening of the surface material has penetrated.

In addition, since the metal opening covering member is provided with a thermally expandable member that expands when heated and covers the hole portion, the opening covering member is heated by the thermally expandable member when heated. It is also possible to cover the hole provided in. For this reason, even if the door is exposed to the flame and the handle is melted, it is possible to prevent the flame and smoke from penetrating from the opening provided in the surface material. At this time, since the hole through which the connecting member and the transmission member pass is smaller than the opening of the surface material, the amount of the thermally expandable member can be reduced as compared with the case where the entire opening is covered. For this reason, even if it is a small amount of thermally expansible member which can be provided in the narrow space in a door, it is possible to obstruct | occlude opening.

In this door, the opening covering member includes the hole portion, and a covering wall portion disposed inside the door from the surface material provided with the opening covered by the opening covering member, An extending edge portion extending from the periphery of the covering wall portion to the surface material side where the opening is covered, and the thermally expandable member is provided on the extending edge portion, and the surface of the door It is desirable to be provided so as to expand inward.

According to such a door, the thermally expandable member is provided so as to expand in the in-plane direction of the door on the extended edge portion extending from the peripheral edge of the covering wall portion provided with the hole portion to the surface material side. Therefore, when the thermally expansible member expands, it spreads along the in-plane direction of the door, that is, along the surface of the covering wall portion, between the covering wall portion and the surface material. It is possible to expand the thermally expandable member so as to close the formed hole. As described above, in the event of a fire or the like, the thermally expandable member can be efficiently expanded to close the hole provided in the cover wall.

In this door, the opening covering member has a surface material facing portion that is connected to the extending edge portion and that faces the surface material on the outside of the door and on the side of the opening in the direction of finding. And it is desirable for the said covering wall part and the said extended edge part to have the site | part which is arrange | positioned inside the said door and opposes the said surface material in the upper and lower sides of the said opening.

According to such a door, since the opening covering member is connected to the extending edge portion located inside the door and the surface material facing portion located outside the door is provided, the opening covering member straddles the opening. It is attached as follows. For this reason, the opening covering member can place the part straddling the opening on the edge of the opening. Further, the opening covering member has a surface material facing portion facing the surface material outside the door, and a covering wall portion and an extended edge portion facing the surface material inside the door. Movement is also restricted in this direction. For this reason, the opening covering member can be attached to the surface material without using any fixing means.

In this door, the covering wall part and the extending edge part are formed such that the length in the vertical direction is longer than the length in the vertical direction of the opening, and the upper part located above the surface material facing part, A lower portion located below the surface material facing portion, and the lower end of the lower portion is below the opening when the upper end of the surface material facing portion is brought into contact with the upper edge of the opening. The lower part and the upper part of the upper part are located on the inner side of the door, with the lower end of the facing member facing part positioned on the lower edge of the opening. It is desirable to face the surface material.

According to such a door, the vertical length of the covering wall portion and the extended edge portion is formed longer than the vertical length of the opening, and the extended edge portion faces the surface material on the side of the opening. The opening covering member cannot be attached to or removed from the opening by moving in the horizontal direction. On the other hand, since the lower end of the lower part is positioned above the lower edge of the opening when the upper end of the facing portion of the surface material is in contact with the upper edge of the opening, After inserting the upper end side of the member into the opening first and then moving the lower end side of the cover wall and the extended edge to the inside of the door, the entire cover wall and the extended edge are arranged inside the door. Is possible. In addition, since the lower part and the upper part of the upper part face the surface material inside the door in a state where the lower end of the surface material facing part is placed on the lower edge of the opening, the surface material facing part If the opening cover is placed so that the lower end of the cover is placed on the lower edge of the opening, the surface material restricts the movement of the cover wall and the extended edge to the outside of the door, and the surface material facing portion , Movement to the inside of the door is restricted. For this reason, it is possible to attach the opening covering member to the surface material. That is, the opening covering member is inserted into the opening first at the upper end side and moved to the inside of the door, and then the lower end side is moved to the inside of the door, and the lower end of the surface material facing portion is placed on the lower edge of the opening. It is possible to easily attach to the surface material by a so-called tendon system that moves downward.

Moreover, it is the fitting characterized by including the said door and the frame which supports the said door so that opening and closing is possible.

According to such a joinery, even if the joinery is heated by a fire or the like and the synthetic resin handle of the door melts, the opening of at least one surface material is covered with the metal opening covering member. It is possible to prevent the flame and smoke from penetrating through the entire opening of the surface material through communication between the interior and the exterior. In addition, since the metal opening covering member is provided with a thermally expandable member that expands when heated and covers a hole through which the connecting member and the transmission member pass, the opening is opened by the thermally expandable member. The hole provided in the covering member can also be closed. For this reason, even if the joinery is exposed to flame and the handle of the door melts, it is possible to prevent the penetration of flame and smoke from the opening provided in the surface material.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it is possible to provide the door and fittings which were provided with the synthetic resin handle and were excellent in fireproof property.

Hereinafter, a door according to an embodiment of the present invention and a fitting in which the door is rotatably provided on a frame body will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the present embodiment, a door and a fitting capable of partitioning and opening two spaces will be described as an example, and a fitting including a front door as a door provided on a frame body that can be opened and closed indoors and outdoors will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, the joinery 1 in the present embodiment includes a frame body 2 and a front door 10 that is rotatably provided on the frame body 2 via a hinge 3.

In the following description, when the entrance door 10 provided in the frame 2 is viewed from the outdoor side, the up and down direction is the up and down direction, the left and right direction is the left and right direction or the finding direction, and the indoor / outdoor direction. The depth direction is shown as the prospective direction. In addition, even if each member which comprises the frame 2 and the front door 10 is a case where it demonstrates as a single-piece | unit, in the state attached to a building etc., direction is the direction used as an up-down direction, a finding direction, a prospective direction, etc. Identify and explain.

The frame 2 is attached to a housing (not shown) and has a rectangular shape, and forms an entrance that communicates indoors and outdoors.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the front door 10 is provided with two suspensions provided along the vertical direction on the suspension base side fixed through the hinge 3 and on the door end side opposite to the suspension base side. A metal vertical frame 11, two metal surface materials 12 provided so as to extend over the two vertical frames 11 on the indoor side and the indoor side of the vertical frame 11, and an indoor surface material 12 The synthetic resin handle 13 provided on the outdoor side of the surface material 12 on the indoor side and the outdoor side of the door and connected to each other with the vertical frame 11 on the door-end side, and locked to maintain the closed state of the front door 10 And a locking unit 14 that forms a locking mechanism.

In the front door 10, the lock unit 14 provided in the vertical frame 11 on the door-end side is operated by the operation of the handle 13, and the locked state in which the front door 10 is locked to the frame body 2 and the unlocked state. It is possible to switch to.

Handles 13 provided indoors and outdoors are connected to each other by two connecting members 15 penetrating between the indoor and outdoor surface material 12 and the vertical frame 11 on the door-end side. A transmission member 16 for transmitting to the lock unit 14 is provided between each handle 13 and the lock unit 14. Therefore, openings 111 and 121 through which the connecting member 15 and the transmission member 16 are penetrated are provided in the indoor and outdoor surface material 12 and the vertical frame 11 on the door-end side.

An opening (hereinafter referred to as a surface opening) 121 provided in the indoor and outdoor surface material 12 is formed so that the transmission member 16 and the two round bar-shaped connecting members 15 positioned above and below the transmission member 16 pass therethrough. ing. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4, the surface opening 121 has a virtual round hole 121 a through which the upper and lower two connecting members 15 penetrate and a virtual square hole 121 b through which the transmission member 16 penetrates. It has a connected shape. More specifically, the surface opening 121 has a shape in which a semicircular cutout portion 121c of a virtual round hole 121a through which the connecting member 15 passes is provided above and below a substantially rectangular virtual square hole 121b. . In the following description, an edge that is horizontal above the virtual square hole 121b in the surface opening 121 provided in the surface material 12 is referred to as an upper horizontal edge 121d, and an edge that is horizontal below the opening 121. Is referred to as a lower horizontal edge 121e.

An opening 111 (hereinafter referred to as a frame opening) 111 provided in the vertical frame 11 on the door end side is formed larger than the surface opening 121 provided in the indoor and outdoor surface material 12. For this reason, when the state before the handle 13 is attached is viewed from the outdoor side, the lock unit 14 is visible at the back of the surface opening 121 provided in the surface material 12, as shown in FIG.

The surface opening 121 provided in each surface material 12 is covered with a pedestal 131 included in the handle 13 provided on the indoor side. However, when the handle 13 is made of a synthetic resin as in this embodiment, when the handle 13 is melted by being exposed to a flame or the like, the surface opening 121 covered by the handle 13 is exposed, and one of the handles 13 is exposed. When the other handle 13 is melted by the flame that has entered from the surface opening 121, there is a risk that flames or smoke may penetrate indoors and outdoors.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the entrance door 10 of the present invention has a hole 21 smaller than the surface opening 121 through which the connecting member 15 and the transmission member 16 penetrate the surface opening 121 on the outdoor side. , 22 and a metal opening covering member 20 that covers the surface opening 121, and a thermally expandable graphite 26 as a thermally expandable member that expands and covers the holes 21 and 22.

The opening covering member 20 is provided with hole portions 21 and 22 through which the two connecting members 15 and the transmission member 16 pass, and has a substantially rectangular plate shape, and extends from the periphery of the covering wall portion 23. An extended edge portion 24 formed in a box shape together with the cover wall portion 23, and extended laterally toward the outside of a region provided at the distal end of the extended edge portion 24 and surrounded by the extended edge portion 24. It has the side extension part 25 as the surface material opposing part taken out.

The covering wall portion 23 is arranged with the longitudinal direction thereof being along the vertical direction in a state where it is attached to the surface material 12. A circular upper hole portion 21 through which one of the two connecting members 15 that penetrates is formed is provided on the upper side of the covering wall portion 23, and two pieces are provided on the lower side of the covering wall portion 23. The other of the connecting members 15 and a lower hole portion 22 through which the transmission member 16 passes are provided. Since the connecting member 15 and the transmission member 16 penetrating the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 also penetrate the surface opening 121 of the surface material 12, the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 are opened. When the covering member 20 is attached to the surface material 12, both are disposed inside the region facing the surface opening 121. That is, the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 are formed smaller than the surface opening 121.

The extended edge portion 24 extends from the edge portion forming each side of the rectangular covering wall portion 23 substantially at right angles to the same surface side of the covering wall portion 23, and is provided on the upper, lower, left, and right sides. Two wall portions are formed so as to surround one surface of the covering wall portion 23. The width of the extending edge 24 in the left-right direction is slightly narrower than the width in the left-right direction of the surface opening 121 provided in the surface material 12. That is, the extended edge 24 can be inserted into the virtual square hole 121 b of the surface opening 121.

The laterally extending portion 25 is opposed to the side of the extended edge 24 of the extended edge portion 24 extending from the left and right edges forming the long side portion of the covering wall portion 23, that is, facing the covering wall portion 23. Not extended to the side. The length in the vertical direction of the lateral extension portion 25 is shorter than the length in the vertical direction of the extension edge portion 24, and the side extension portion 25 is below the center in the vertical direction of the extension edge portion 24. It is provided to be biased. And the covering wall part 23 and the extension edge part 24 are provided above the upper end 251 of the side extension part 25 from the lower side part 202 provided below the lower end 252 of the side extension part 25. The upper portion 201 is formed long in the vertical direction. Further, the length L1 from the upper end 251 of the lateral extension 25 to the lower end 242 of the extension edge 24 positioned below is set to the upper horizontal edge 121d and the lower horizontal edge 121e of the surface opening 121 of the surface material 12. The length L3 from the lower end 252 of the laterally extending portion 25 to the upper end 243 of the extending edge portion 24 located above is defined as the surface opening of the surface material 12. 121 is formed longer than the distance L2 between the upper horizontal edge 121d and the lower horizontal edge 121e.

As shown in FIG. 6, the opening covering member 20 is provided with thermally expandable graphite 26 on the inner surfaces of the upper and left and right extending edge portions 24.

As shown in FIG. 8, the opening covering member 20 provided with the heat-expandable graphite 26 is inclined so that the upper end portion 20a side of the opening covering member 20 is positioned inside the entrance door 10 from the lower end portion 20b side. Then, the upper end portion 20a side is inserted into the surface opening 121 of the surface material 12, and the upper end 251 of the lateral extension portion 25 is inserted until it contacts the upper horizontal edge portion 121d of the surface opening 121.

After the upper end 251 of the lateral extension 25 abuts the upper horizontal edge 121d of the surface opening 121, the lower end 20b side of the opening covering member 20 is moved to the inside of the entrance door 10 so that the opening covering member 20 is substantially vertical. It arranges so that. At this time, the laterally extending portion 25 faces the left and right portions of the surface opening 121 in the surface material 12. In this state, the covering wall portion 23 and the extending edge portion 24 are located inside the entrance door 10 from the surface material 12.

In a state in which the laterally extending portion 25 is opposed to the surface of the surface material 12 on the outdoor side, the opening covering member 20 is moved downward, and the lower end 252 of the laterally extending portion 25 is placed horizontally below the surface opening 121. Place on the edge 121e. In this state, in the opening covering member 20, the side extending portion 25 is positioned outside the entrance door 10 with respect to the surface material 12, and the covering wall portion 23 and the extending edge portion 24 below the side extending portion 25. The opening covering member 20 is held by the surface material 12 because the covering wall portion 23 and the extended edge portion 24 on the upper end portion 20a side of the opening covering member 20 are positioned inside the entrance door 10 with respect to the surface material 12. The

In a state before the opening covering member 20 is attached to the surface material 12 and the handle 13 is attached, the upper connecting member 15 penetrates the upper hole portion 21 of the opening covering member 20 as shown in FIGS. The lower connecting member 15 and the transmission member 16 penetrate the lower hole portion 22, and the surface opening 121 is substantially covered by the covering wall portion 23 and the extended edge portion 24 of the opening covering member 20.

In a state where the opening covering member 20 provided with the thermally expandable graphite 26 is attached to the surface opening 121, the covering wall portion 23 and the extending edge portion 24 are disposed inside the entrance door 10 with respect to the surface material 12, The lower part 202 of the covering wall part 23 and the extended edge part 24 and the upper part 203 of the upper part 201 are opposed to the surface material 12.

Even if the front door 10 is exposed to a flame or the like and the handle 13 made of synthetic resin is melted, the opening penetrating member 20 narrows the penetrating part, and the upper and left and right extension edges 24 When the thermally expandable graphite 26 on the inner surface expands, the gaps between the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 and the upper and lower connecting members 15 and the transmission member 16 can be closed.

According to the entrance door 10 of this embodiment, even if the entrance door 10 is heated by a fire or the like and the handle 13 made of synthetic resin is melted, the surface opening 121 of at least one surface material 12 is communicated with the connecting member 15. Since it is covered with the metal opening covering member 20 having the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 smaller than the surface opening 121 through which the member 16 penetrates, the surface opening 121 of the surface material 12 is simply provided. It is possible to suppress the penetration of flames and smoke than when it is present.

Further, since the metal opening covering member 20 is provided with the thermally expandable graphite 26 that expands when heated and covers the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22, the opening covering member 20 is provided. It is also possible to cover the gaps between the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 and the connecting member 15 and the transmission member 16. For this reason, even if the front door 10 is exposed to a flame and the handle 13 is melted, it is possible to prevent a flame or smoke from penetrating from the surface opening 121 provided in the surface material 12. At this time, since the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 through which the connecting member 15 and the transmission member 16 penetrate are smaller than the surface opening 121 of the surface material 12, the amount of the thermally expandable graphite 26 provided in the opening covering member 20 is reduced. It is possible to make the number smaller than when covering the entire surface opening 121. For this reason, even if it is a small amount of thermally expansible graphite 26 which can be provided in the narrow space in the entrance door 10, the surface opening 121 can be obstruct | occluded.

In addition, the thermally expansive graphite 26 extends in the in-plane direction of the entrance door 10 on the extended edge 24 extending toward the surface material 12 from the periphery of the cover wall portion 23 provided with the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22. When the thermally expandable graphite 26 expands, the in-plane direction of the entrance door 10 between the covering wall portion 23 and the surface material 12, that is, the covering wall portion 23, is expanded. Since it spreads along the surface, it is possible to expand the thermally expandable graphite 26 so as to close the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 provided in the covering wall portion 23. As described above, in the event of a fire or the like, it is possible to efficiently expand the thermally expandable graphite 26 to close the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 provided in the cover wall portion 23.

Further, since the opening covering member 20 is connected to the extending edge portion 24 located inside the entrance door 10 and the side extending portion 25 located outside the entrance door 10 is provided, the opening covering member 20 is It is attached so as to straddle the surface opening 121. For this reason, the opening covering member 20 can place the extended edge portion 24 or the side extending portion 25 straddling the surface opening 121 on the lower horizontal edge portion 121e of the surface opening 121. The opening covering member 20 has a laterally extending portion 25 facing the surface material 12 outside the entrance door 10, and a covering wall portion 23 and an extending edge portion 24 facing the surface material 12 inside the entrance door 10. Therefore, the movement is restricted in both the inside and outside directions of the front door 10. For this reason, the opening covering member 20 can be attached to the surface material 12 without using any fixing means.

Further, the vertical length of the covering wall portion 23 and the extending edge portion 24 is longer than the vertical length of the virtual square hole 121b into which the covering wall portion 23 and the extending edge portion 24 can be inserted through the surface opening 121. Since the extended edge portion 24 is provided with a laterally extending portion 25 facing the surface material 12 at the side of the surface opening 121, the opening covering member 20 moves in the horizontal direction and moves to the surface. It cannot be attached to the opening 121 or removed from the surface opening 121. On the other hand, the covering wall portion 23 and the extended edge portion 24 are the lower portions that become the lower ends of the lower portion 202 when the upper end 251 of the side extending portion 25 comes into contact with the upper horizontal edge portion 121d of the surface opening 121. Since the lower end 242 of the extended edge 24 on the side is located above the lower horizontal edge 121e of the surface opening 121, the surface extends from the upper end 243 side of the upper extended edge 24 serving as the upper end of the opening covering member 20 first. After the insertion into the opening 121, when the lower end side of the covering wall portion 23 and the extending edge portion 24 is moved to the inside of the entrance door 10, the entire covering wall portion 23 and the extending edge portion 24 are removed from the surface material 12. It can be arranged inside the front door 10.

In addition, the lower portion 202 and the upper portion of the upper portion 201 are located inside the entrance door 10 with the lower end 252 of the side extending portion 25 placed on the lower horizontal edge portion 121e of the surface opening 121. Therefore, when the opening covering member 20 is arranged so that the lower end 252 of the laterally extending portion 25 is placed on the lower horizontal edge 121e of the surface opening 121, the surface covering 12 The movement of the portion 23 and the extended edge portion 24 in the outward direction of the entrance door 10 is restricted, and the movement of the side extension portion 25 in the inward direction of the entrance door 10 is restricted. For this reason, it is possible to attach the opening covering member 20 to the surface material 12. That is, the opening covering member 20 is inserted into the surface opening 121 first at the upper end side and moved to the inside of the entrance door 10, and then the lower end side is moved to the inside of the entrance door 10, so that the lower end 252 of the side extending portion 25. Can be easily attached to the surface material 12 by a so-called noodle system that moves downward so as to be placed on the lower horizontal edge 121e of the surface opening 121.

According to the joinery 1 of this embodiment, even when the joinery 1 is heated by a fire or the like and the synthetic resin handle 13 of the entrance door 10 melts, the surface opening 121 of at least one surface material 12 is made of metal. Since it is covered with the opening covering member 20, it is possible to prevent the flame and smoke from penetrating through the interior and exterior of the surface material 12 throughout the surface opening 121. Further, the metal opening covering member 20 is provided with thermally expandable graphite 26 that expands when heated and covers the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 through which the connecting member 15 and the transmission member 16 penetrate. Therefore, it is possible to cover the upper hole portion 21 and the lower hole portion 22 included in the opening covering member 20 with the thermally expandable graphite 26. For this reason, even if the joinery 1 is exposed to a flame and the handle 13 of the entrance door 10 is melted, it is possible to prevent the flame and smoke from penetrating from the surface opening 121 provided in the surface material 12. Is possible.

In the said embodiment, although the entrance door 10 was mentioned as an example and demonstrated as a door, not only this but the door which can partition and open two spaces may be used.

In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the opening covering member is provided only on the surface material 12 on the outdoor side of the entrance door 10 has been described, but the opening covering member may also be provided on the surface material on the indoor side.
