- 各々が第1及び第2の主面を有し、隣り合うように並んで配置された2つの太陽電池と、
前記2つの太陽電池のうちの一方の太陽電池の前記第1の主面に接着された厚みが一定の第1の配線材と、
前記一方の太陽電池を介して前記第1の配線材と対向して配置され、前記一方の太陽電池の前記第2の主面に接着された厚みが一定の第2の配線材と、
を備え、
前記第1の配線材の一対の主面のそれぞれには、一方の主面の凸部と他方の主面の凹部とが厚み方向に対向して位置するように、前記2つの太陽電池の並び方向に沿って延びる凹凸が設けられており、
前記第2の配線材の一対の主面のそれぞれには、一方の主面の凸部と他方の主面の凹部とが厚み方向に対向して位置するように、前記2つの太陽電池の並び方向に沿って延びる凹凸が設けられており、
前記第1及び第2の配線材は、前記第1の配線材の前記一方の太陽電池側の主面に設けられた凸部と、前記第2の配線材の前記一方の太陽電池側の主面に設けられた凸部とが前記一方の太陽電池を介して対向するように配されている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の配線材の横断面形状は、前記第1の配線材の幅方向に沿ってジグザグ状であり、
前記第2の配線材の横断面形状は、前記第2の配線材の幅方向に沿ってジグザグ状である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線材と前記太陽電池とを接着している樹脂接着層をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の前記第1の主面側に設けられた、透光性を有する第1の保護部材と、
前記第1の保護部材と前記太陽電池との間に設けられ、透光性を有する封止材と、
をさらに備え、
前記配線材で反射した光の少なくとも一部は、前記第1の保護部材と前記封止材との界面、または、前記第1の保護部材と空気との界面にて反射され、前記太陽電池の前記第1の主面に入射する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線材は、両主面が平坦面である金属板をプレスしてなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
