Description
Claims (12)
- フロア、該フロアに対して垂直に形成される壁、および該壁によって画定される単一開口を含み、非導電性プラスチックから形成されるフレーム部材と、
第1の正端子および第1の負端子、ならびに第1の導電性ハウジングを含み、前記単一開口内に配置され、前記第1の正端子が前記第1の導電性ハウジングに電気的に接続される第1のリチウムイオンセルと、
第2の正端子および第2の負端子、ならびに第2の導電性ハウジングを含み、前記単一開口内に配置され、前記第2の正端子が前記第2の導電性ハウジングに電気的に接続される第2のリチウムイオンセルと、
前記第1の導電性ハウジングおよび前記第2の導電性ハウジングの両方と直接接触し、前記第1の導電性ハウジングを前記第2の導電性ハウジングから電気的に分離するように、前記フレーム部材に固定されることなく、前記単一開口内に挿入され、非導電性プラスチックから形成される分離板と
を備える電池パック。 - 前記フレーム部材に一体的に形成される冷却システムであって、前記フレーム部材に形成される冷媒入口ポートおよび冷媒出口ポートと、前記冷媒入口ポートおよび前記冷媒出口ポートを接続する冷媒流路とを含む、冷却システムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フレーム部材が、前記フロア、前記壁、および前記冷媒流路の第1の部分を含む上部フレーム部材と、前記冷媒流路の第2の部分を含み、前記冷媒流路を封止するために前記上部フレーム部材に接合される下部フレーム部材とを含む、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記下部フレーム部材が前記上部フレーム部材に溶接される、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記下部フレーム部材を前記上部フレーム部材に接合する接着剤をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記非導電性プラスチックがポリプロピレンである、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- N個の他のリチウムイオンセルであって、それぞれが、正端子、負端子、および導電性ハウジングを含み、前記単一開口内に配置され、それぞれの前記正端子が、それぞれの前記導電性ハウジングに電気的に接続され、前記Nが1以上の整数である、N個の他のリチウムイオンセルと、
M個の他の分離板であって、前記導電性ハウジングのそれぞれ、ならびに前記第1の導電性ハウジングおよび前記第2の導電性ハウジングを互いに電気的に分離し、前記Mが1以上かつ前記N以下の整数である、M個の他の分離板と
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記フレーム部材の前記壁のうちの1つの外面に形成されるスナップフィット要素と、
端板であって、前記スナップフィット要素の接触面となり、前記端板が前記スナップフィット要素の接触面となるときに前記外面に当接した状態で保持される、端板と、
前記フレーム部材および前記端板を取り囲むベルトと、
前記ベルトを動かして前記第1のリチウムイオンセルおよび前記第2のリチウムイオンセルに圧力を加える加圧/拘束要素と
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - P個の他のスナップフィット要素であって、前記フレーム部材の前記壁のうちの前記1つの前記外面に形成され、前記Pが1以上の整数である、P個の他のスナップフィット要素をさらに備え、
前記端板がさらに、前記P個の他のスナップフィット要素の接触面となる、請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 前記スナップフィット要素が片持ち梁型スナップフィット要素であり、前記端板が開口を含み、該開口では、前記片持ち梁型スナップフィット要素が前記端板に接触する、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フロア、前記壁、前記冷媒流路の前記第1の部分が前記上部フレーム部材の一体部分になっており、前記冷媒流路の前記第2の部分が前記下部フレーム部材の一体部分になっている、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 第2の複数のセルのためのフロア、該フロアに対して垂直に形成される壁、該壁によって画定される第2の開口、第2の上部フレーム部材に形成される第2の冷媒入口ポート、第2の上部フレーム部材に形成される第2の冷媒出口ポート、および第2の冷媒入口ポートを第2の冷媒出口ポートに接続する第2の冷媒流路の第1の部分を含む第2の上部フレーム部材をさらに備え、
下部フレーム部材が、第2の冷媒流路の第2の部分をさらに含み、さらに第2の冷媒流路を封止するために第2の上部フレーム部材に接合される、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
