Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a pad member made of foamed resin that forms an outer shape of a seat and an attachment member that can be attached to the pad member.

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat including a seat cushion and a seat back is known (see Patent Document 1).
The seat cushion has a pad member (made of foamed resin) that forms the outer shape of the seat, a wire member, and an attached member. The wire member is a substantially rectangular frame-like member that follows the outer shape of the sheet, and is formed by welding and fixing a plurality of wire materials. Further, the attachment member is a bar extending in the front-rear direction of the seat, and one end side thereof is bent into a substantially U shape when viewed from above.
In the known technique, the attachment member is welded and fixed to the wire member, and one end side of the attachment member is protruded rearward of the seat. Simultaneously with the molding of the pad member (by insert molding), the wire member (frame shape) is embedded in the pad member in an embedded state, and one end (substantially U-shaped) of the accessory member protrudes rearward from the pad member Let Then, the seat cushion is disposed at an appropriate position by locking one end of the attachment member between the lower end of the seat back and the passenger compartment floor.
In this type of seat configuration, for example, when the frontal collision of the vehicle, the relative movement (such as lifting) of the pad member with respect to the passenger compartment floor surface is restricted by the locking by the accessory member, thereby moving the vehicle seat forward of the seat. As much as possible. At this time, the attachment member is welded and fixed to the wire member, so that removal from the pad member can be prevented as much as possible.

In the known technique, a wire member (a relatively large member) is used to prevent the attachment member from coming off from the pad member. For this reason, the configuration of the known technology has not been a configuration that can be easily adopted from the viewpoint of simplifying the sheet configuration and reducing the manufacturing cost.
Of course, it is possible to embed the accessory member alone in the pad member, but in this case, the risk of detachment from the pad member increases (the configuration is inferior in mounting stability).
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to attach an attachment member to a pad member with high performance by a relatively simple configuration.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the vehicle seat of the first invention includes a seat constituent member such as a seat cushion or a seat back. And the sheet | seat structural member has the pad member made from the foaming resin which makes a sheet | seat external shape, and the attachment member which can be attached to a pad member. In this type of configuration, it is desirable that the attachment member can be attached to the pad member with high performance by a relatively simple configuration.

Therefore, in the present invention, an anchor member that can be impregnated with the raw material of the pad member is attached to a part of the accessory member, and the anchor member is integrated with the pad member in an embedded state simultaneously with the molding of the pad member.
In the present invention, the anchor member is embedded in the pad member while impregnating the raw material of the pad member (there is a relatively strong anchor action). Therefore, the anchor member can prevent the attachment member from coming off from the pad member as much as possible (without using a large wire member).

In the vehicle seat according to the first aspect of the present invention, the anchor member is a face material having flexibility that can be deformed according to the bending deformation of the pad member, and one side of the anchor member forms an annular shape of the accessory member. It is attached around the part in a wound form. For this reason anchor member, be disposed on the deep side of the pad member, Ru can be suitably maintain seating of the pad member.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a relatively Simple construction, Ru can be attached to armatures good performance to the pad member.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In each of the drawings, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat.
The vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 is a wide seat on which a plurality of people can be seated, and includes a seat cushion 4, a pair of seat backs 6a and 6b (substantially the same configuration), and a pair of headrests 8a and 8b (substantially the same configuration). ).
Each of these seat constituent members includes a frame member (4F, 6F, 8F) forming a seat skeleton, a pad member (4P, 6P, 8P) forming a seat outer shape, and a seat cover (4S, 6S, 8S).

<実施例1>
<Example 1>
In the present embodiment, the vehicle seat 2 is disposed on the passenger compartment floor surface FS while the seat cushion 4 (described later in detail) is attached to the passenger compartment floor surface FS (see FIGS. 1 and 3).
Here, the passenger compartment floor FS of the present embodiment has a substantially flat portion facing the seat cushion 4, and has a pair of brackets 12, a first attachment portion 16a, and a second attachment portion 16b (FIG. 3). (See FIG. 5).
Each of the pair of brackets 12 is a flat plate material (substantially rectangular shape) protruding from the passenger compartment floor surface FS, and includes a reinforcing member 14 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). The reinforcing member 14 is a long bar (typically made of metal), and is attached in a bridging manner between the pair of brackets 12. In the present embodiment, the reinforcing members 14 are arranged in the seat width direction while the brackets 12 are arranged to face each other on the rear sides of the seat cushion 4.
The first attachment portion 16a is a substantially horizontal J-shaped member (typically made of metal). In the present embodiment, the first attachment portion 16a is attached to the reinforcing member 14 while protruding forward of the seat, and is disposed at a position where it can face an attachment member 24 described later. Moreover, the 2nd attachment part 16b is a hole opened to the vehicle interior floor surface FS, and is formed so that it can face the seat cushion 4 (front part both sides) (refer FIG. 3).

[Seat cushion]
The seat cushion 4 has a basic configuration (4S, 4P, 4F), a pair of grommet members 22, an attachment member 24, and an anchor member 28 (see FIGS. 1 to 3, details of each member will be described later as appropriate). .
In the present embodiment, the pad member 4P is covered with the seat cover 4S while being disposed on the frame member 4F. Next, as will be described later, the pad member 4P is attached to the attachment portions 16a and 16b of the passenger compartment floor FS via the grommet member 22 and the accessory member 24 (both will be described in detail later).
When the frontal collision of the vehicle, the relative movement (lifting, etc.) of the pad member 4P with respect to the passenger compartment floor surface FS is restricted by the locking by the attachment member 24, thereby preventing the vehicle seat 2 from moving forward as much as possible. To do. In this type of configuration, it is desirable that the attachment member 24 can be integrated with the pad member 4P in an embedded manner with a relatively simple configuration (for example, removal can be prevented as much as possible).
Therefore, in this embodiment, the attachment member 24 is attached to the pad member 4P with high performance with a simple configuration (anchor member 28 or the like) described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

(Pad member)
The pad member 4P is a substantially rectangular member (viewed from above), and is formed of a foamed resin and can elastically support an occupant (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
Here, the pad member 4P (material) is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a foamed polypropylene material and polyurethane foam (density: 25 to 70 kg / m 3 , 25% hardness: 8 to 25 kgf / φ200).
In this embodiment, the pad member 4P is molded, and at the same time, the grommet member 22 and the attached member 24 (details will be described later) are integrated into the pad member 4P in an embedded state (the manufacturing process will be described later).

(Grommet member)
Each of the pair of grommets 22 has a flat plate portion 22a and a cylindrical portion 22b protruding from the flat plate portion 22a (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
Here, the peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 22b is provided with a locking hood (not shown) protruding outward in the radial direction, and can be locked to the periphery of the second mounting portion 16b.
In the present embodiment, the grommet members 22 are respectively attached to both sides of the front portion of the seat cushion 4 (positions that can face the second attachment portion 16b). At this time, each grommet member 22 (flat plate portion 22a) is integrally embedded in the pad member 4P, and the tubular portion 22b is disposed so as to protrude from the front rear surface of the pad member 4P.

(Attachment)
The attachment member 24 is a substantially rectangular ring material (typically made of metal) as viewed from above, and has a protruding portion 24a and an embedded portion 24b (see FIGS. 2, 3 and 5).
The protruding portion 24a is a portion (substantially U-shaped) on one side of the attachment member 24, and can protrude from the pad member 4P. The embedded portion 24b is a portion (substantially U-shaped) on the other side of the attachment member 24, and is embedded in the pad member 4P.
In the present embodiment, the attachment member 24 can be attached to the pad member 4P while being inclined so as to gradually face upward as it goes rearward of the seat. Thus, by attaching the attachment member 24 to the inclined posture, the attachment to the first attachment portion 16a is facilitated.

Here, in the present embodiment, it is preferable to provide the buffer portion 26 in the protruding portion 24a. The buffer portion 26 is a resin layer made of the same material or different resin as the pad member 4P, and can be provided on the entire circumference or a part of the protruding portion 24a (a portion that can contact the first attachment portion 16a). When the attachment member 24 and the first attachment portion 16a are locked, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of abnormal noise (for example, abnormal noise due to metal touch) caused by the contact between the two members at the buffer portion 26 as much as possible.
The buffer portion 26 can be attached after the pad member 4P is formed, or can be attached simultaneously with the formation of the pad member 4P as will be described later.

(Anchor material)
The anchor member 28 is a member that can be impregnated with the raw material of the pad member 4P, and can be attached to the attachment member 24 (see FIGS. 2, 3, and 5).
As the anchor member 28 (shape), a linear, planar, or three-dimensional member can be used. As this kind of anchor member 28, a surface material such as a string-like wire rod made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber, a fabric (nonwoven fabric such as felt, woven fabric, knitted fabric) or a net body (a member formed by tangling wire rods in a mesh shape) A three-dimensional object composed of a fiber laminate can be exemplified.
Moreover, it is preferable that the anchor member 28 has a softness | flexibility which can deform | transform according to the bending deformation of the pad member 4P. For example, as this kind of anchor member 28, various wire rods, various face materials, sheet-like or mat-like fiber laminates can be exemplified. Thus, even if it arrange | positions in the deep part side of the pad member 4P because the anchor member 28 is provided with a softness | flexibility, the seating property of the pad member 4P can be maintained suitably.

In the present embodiment, a felt face material (rectangular shape in front view) having flexibility is used as the anchor member 28. Then, one side of the anchor member 28 is attached around the attachment member 24 (embedded portion 24b) so as to be wound around, and the other side of the anchor member 28 is extended from the attachment member 24.
Here, the outer dimension of the anchor member 28 is not particularly limited, but is typically smaller than the outer shape of the pad member 4P. In the present embodiment, the outer dimension of the anchor member 28 can be set to be substantially the same (same or slightly smaller) as the attachment member 24.

[Pad member forming work]
2 and 3, pad member 4P is molded using a molding apparatus, and at the same time, members 22, 24, and 28 are integrated into an embedded shape (insert molding).
Here, the molding apparatus (not shown) has a first mold, a second mold, and a cavity (a molding space following the outer shape of the pad member 4P) formed between the two molds.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the grommet member 22, the attachment member 24, and the anchor member 28 are appropriately arranged in the cavity, and then the raw material (liquid) of the pad member 4P is injected. At this time, the grommet member 22 (flat plate portion 22a) is disposed at a position corresponding to the front side of the pad member 4P while being inserted into the cavity. And the cylindrical site | part 22b can be made to protrude from the front back surface of the pad member 4P by arrange | positioning out of a cavity.

Further, the accessory member 24 (embedded portion 24b) is disposed at a position corresponding to the center of the rear portion of the pad member 4P while being inserted into the cavity. And the protrusion part 24a can be made to protrude from the rear part of the pad member 4P by arrange | positioning out of a cavity.
At this time, the anchor member 28 can be arranged on the deeper side of the pad member 4P than the attachment member 24 by arranging the anchor member 28 from the embedded portion 24b toward the inside of the cavity. By molding the pad member 4P in this state, the anchor member 28 is embedded on the deep side of the pad member 4P while impregnating the raw material of the pad member 4P (having a relatively strong anchor action).
In the present embodiment, the projecting portion 24a can be disposed in a space communicating with the cavity, and the raw material of the pad member 4P can be allowed to flow into the space. By doing so, the buffer portion 26 (the same material as the pad member) can be provided in the protruding portion 24a simultaneously with the formation of the pad member 4P.

[Vehicle seat placement work]
3 to 5, the vehicle seat 2 is disposed on the passenger compartment floor surface FS while the seat cushion 4 is attached to the passenger compartment floor surface FS.
At this time, in this embodiment, each grommet member 22 (cylindrical portion 22b) is inserted into the second attachment portion 16b, and the front side of the pad member 4P is attached to the vehicle compartment floor surface FS. Further, the first attachment portion 16a is locked to the attachment member 24 (projecting portion 24a), and the rear side of the pad member 4P is attached to the vehicle compartment floor surface FS. Thus, by restricting the relative movement between the pad member 4P and the passenger compartment floor surface FS, the seat cushion 4 can be disposed at an appropriate position on the passenger compartment floor surface FS.

In this embodiment, the vehicle seat 2 tends to move forward due to an impact such as a frontal collision of the vehicle.
At this time, the movement of the vehicle seat 2 to the front of the seat is restricted by restricting the relative movement (lifting, etc.) of the pad member 4P with respect to the passenger compartment floor surface FS by locking the attachment member 24 and the first mounting portion 16a. Stop as much as possible. In this type of configuration, there is a concern that the attachment member 24 may be detached from the pad member 4P due to an excessive load.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the anchor member 28 is attached to the attachment member 24. And the anchor member 28 is embed | buried under the deep part side of the pad member 4P, impregnating the raw material of the pad member 4P (there is a comparatively strong anchor effect | action). For this reason, the attachment of the attachment member 24 can be suitably prevented by the relatively strong anchoring action of the anchor member 28 (the construction is excellent in mounting stability).

As described above, in this embodiment, the anchor member 28 can prevent the attachment member 24 from coming off from the pad member 4P as much as possible (without using a large wire material).
In the present embodiment, the anchor member 28 has a flexibility that can be deformed in accordance with the bending deformation of the pad member 4P. For this reason, even if the anchor member 28 is disposed on the deep side of the pad member 4P, the seating property of the pad member 4P can be suitably maintained.
As a result, according to the present embodiment, the attachment member 24 can be attached to the pad member 4P with high performance by a relatively simple configuration.

<実施例2>
<Example 2>
Since the basic configuration of the vehicle seat 2a according to the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the vehicle seat 2 according to the first embodiment, the common structure and the like are denoted by the corresponding reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, the seat cushion 4a has an internal pad member 4Pa (a pad member of the present invention) that forms a part of the seat outer shape and an external pad member 4Pb that forms the other part of the seat outer shape, It can be arranged on the FS (see FIG. 6).
Here, a substantially rectangular (side view) convex portion 18 is provided on the passenger compartment floor surface FS, and is arranged to face the front portion of the seat cushion 4.

The external pad member 4Pb is a member having a vertically long rectangular shape (side view), and can be typically formed of the same material as the pad member 4P of the first embodiment. And the 1st recessed part H1 (substantially triangular recessed part by a side view) is formed in the bottom face part of the external pad member 4Pb. This 1st recessed part H1 is a recessed part formed in the position which faces the above-mentioned convex part 18, and can insert internal pad member 4Pa (after-mentioned).
The internal pad member 4Pa is a member having a substantially triangular shape (side view) that fits in the first recess H1, and typically has a higher hardness than the external pad member 4Pb. A second recessed portion H2 (recessed shape) is formed substantially at the center of the internal pad member 4Pa, and has a depth dimension capable of accommodating the above-described protruding portion 18.

In the present embodiment, the inner pad member 4Pa is fitted into the outer pad member 4Pb (first recess H1). Next, the seat pad 4a is disposed on the passenger compartment floor surface FS by fitting the inner pad member 4Pa (second recess H2) into the protrusion 18.
Thus, in the present embodiment, the external pad member 4Pb is supported by the internal pad member 4Pa (a member having a relatively high hardness). By doing so, it is possible to suitably prevent, for example, a submarine phenomenon (a phenomenon in which a passenger or the like slips under the seat belt) during a frontal collision of the vehicle (excellent support performance). ).

In the above-described seat configuration, the internal pad member 4Pa should be removed from the external pad member 4Pb during sheet transportation and use.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the attachment member 24 (anchor member 28) is provided on the internal pad member 4Pa, and the hole-like attachment portion (reference numeral omitted) into which the attachment member 24 can be inserted is provided on the external pad member 4Pb. did. In this way, by restricting the relative movement between the external pad member 4Pb and the internal pad member 4Pa by the attached member 24, the internal pad member 4Pa can be suitably prevented or reduced.
In the present embodiment, the attachment member 24 is prevented from dropping from the internal pad member 4Pa by the anchor member 28. As a result, according to the present embodiment, the attachment member 24 can be attached to the pad member 4P with high performance by a relatively simple configuration.

<実施例3>
<Example 3>
Since the basic configuration of the vehicle seat 2b of the third embodiment is substantially the same as that of the vehicle seat 2a of the second embodiment, the same reference numerals are assigned to the common structures and the like, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, the internal pad member 4Pa itself is an attached member and is attached to the external pad member 4Pb (the pad member of the present invention) (see FIG. 7).
Therefore, in this embodiment, the anchor member 28 is attached to the internal pad member 4Pa. Here, the attachment method of the anchor member 28 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include physical attachment methods such as adhesion, fusion, clip fastening and bolt fastening, and insert molding.

Then, the anchor member 28 is integrated with the external pad member 4Pb in an embedded manner. For example, after the preformed inner pad member 4Pa (anchor member 28) is appropriately disposed in the cavity, the raw material (liquid) of the outer pad member 4Pb is injected. By molding the external pad member 4Pb in this state, the anchor member 28 is embedded in the external pad member 4Pb while impregnating the raw material of the external pad member 4Pb.
In this way, by restricting the relative movement between the external pad member 4Pb and the internal pad member 4Pa by the anchor member 28, the internal pad member 4Pa can be suitably prevented or reduced. As a result, according to the present embodiment, the internal pad member 4Pa (attachment member) can be attached to the external pad member 4Pb with high performance with a relatively simple configuration.
