Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat having a plurality of cushion materials.

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat described in Patent Document 1 is known. This vehicle seat has a first cushion material and a second cushion material. A 1st cushion material is a member which makes the external shape of a seat cushion, and the recessed part is formed in the bottom part. The second cushion material has a shape corresponding to the recess.
In this known technique, the first cushion material is constituted by a member (for example, polyurethane foam) having appropriate flexibility, and the second cushion material is constituted by a member having higher hardness than the first cushion material. And after fitting a 2nd cushion material in the recessed part of a 1st cushion material, it fixes with adhesives, such as an adhesive agent and adhesive tape, as needed.
And in a well-known technique, the support property (seat performance) of a seat cushion can be improved by supporting a 1st cushion material with a 2nd cushion material.

However, in the known technique, the second cushion material may fall off from the concave portion of the first cushion material when the sheet is transported or used.
Of course, the second cushion material can be firmly fixed by increasing the amount of the adhesive, but the amount of the adhesive is naturally limited in consideration of the manufacturing cost of the sheet. In addition, the second cushion material can be locked by, for example, narrowing the inlet portion of the recess, but this makes the seat configuration more complicated.
The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the performance of a vehicle seat while preventing or reducing the falling off of the cushion material by a simpler configuration. There is to make it.

As means for solving the above problems, the vehicle seat according to the first aspect of the invention is a first cushion material that forms the outer shape of the seat, and a first cushion material that can be stored in a concave portion of a part of the first cushion material (for example, a bottom surface portion or a rear surface portion). It has two cushion materials. In this type of vehicle seat, it is desirable that the second cushion material can be prevented or eliminated by a simpler configuration.
Therefore, in the present invention, after the second cushion material is fitted into the recess, a support member is disposed on a part of the first cushion material (by a relatively simple configuration) to support the second cushion material. .

A vehicle seat according to a second invention is the vehicle seat according to the first invention, and covers the other side (for example, the seating side) of the first cushion material different from the above-mentioned part with a skin material.
And after latching the edge part of a skin material to the 1st cushion material partial side by a latching member, covering a latching member with a planar support member, a latching member and other members (occupant etc.) It was set as the structure which avoids contact as much as possible.

A vehicle seat according to a third invention is the vehicle seat according to the first invention or the second invention, wherein the vehicle seat is arranged on the arrangement surface of the vehicle compartment. There is concern about the generation of abnormal noise due to the contact of the arrangement surface.
Therefore, in the present invention, the first cushion material and the second cushion material, and a configuration in which a planar support member is interposed between the disposed surfaces to prevent direct contact between the both cushion materials and the disposed surface, did.
In the present invention, the occurrence of noise due to the contact between the cushion material and the surface to be disposed can be prevented or reduced by the planar support member.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the performance of the vehicle seat can be improved while preventing or reducing the falling off of the cushion material with a simpler configuration. Further, according to the second invention, it is possible to prevent or reduce breakage of the locking member while considering other members such as passengers. According to the third aspect of the invention, the performance of the vehicle seat can be improved by preventing or reducing the occurrence of abnormal noise in the vehicle seat.

FIG.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In each of the drawings, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat.

(Car floor)
The vehicle compartment floor surface FL in FIG. 3 has a placement surface AL on which the vehicle seat 2 is placed and a substantially rectangular protrusion 8. Arranged surface AL is a portion that is one step higher than passenger compartment floor surface FL, and is an inclined surface that is inclined upward toward the rear of the seat.
Further, the protruding portion 8 is formed substantially at the center of the arrangement surface AL, and can accommodate electronic parts such as sensors for keyless entry, for example. And the wire harness 9 is attached to the side part of the protrusion part 8, and is routed toward the vehicle side.

(Vehicle seat)
The vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 has a seat cushion 4 and a seat back 6. These members have a first cushion material (4Pf, 6Pf) and a skin material (4S, 6S) forming the outer shape of the seat. The skin material (4S, 6S) is a bag-like member that covers the first cushion body (4Pf, 6Pf), and can be made of, for example, fabric or leather.
The seat cushion 4 includes a first cushion material 4Pf and a second cushion material 4Ps (details will be described later) in order to improve the performance. Accordingly, in each embodiment, the seat configuration according to this embodiment will be described using the seat cushion 4 as an example.

[Example 1]
The seat cushion 4 includes a first cushion material 4Pf and a skin material 4S, a second cushion material 4Ps, a support member 30, and a locking member 40 (details of each member will be described later).
The front portion of the seat cushion 4 is fixed to the vehicle compartment floor surface FL so as to be rotatable by the shaft member R, and a handle portion 4h is disposed at the rear portion of the seat cushion 4.
By pulling the handle portion 4h upward, the rear portion side of the seat cushion 4 can be tilted upward with the front portion of the seat cushion 4 as the rotation center (the two-dot broken line state in FIG. reference).
In this embodiment, the second cushion material 4Ps is fitted to the first cushion material 4Pf to improve the performance of the vehicle seat 2 as will be described later. With this type of configuration, consideration should be given to the falling off of the second cushion material 4Ps during sheet conveyance and use.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the performance of the vehicle seat 2 is improved while preventing or reducing the second cushion material 4Ps from falling off with a simple configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

(First cushion material)
The first cushion material 4Pf is a member having a vertically long rectangular shape (side view), and has elasticity capable of supporting an occupant (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The bottom surface portion (the surface facing the passenger compartment floor surface FL) of the first cushion material 4Pf is inclined from the front of the seat to the rear, and has a bank portion 12 (convex shape) on the front side.
In this embodiment, the first recess 10 (a substantially triangular recess in a side view) is formed on the bottom surface of the first cushion material 4Pf. This 1st recessed part 10 is a recessed part formed in the position which faces the above-mentioned protrusion part 8, and has a storage dimension which can mount 2nd cushion material 4Ps mentioned later.
The first cushion material 4Pf can be formed of a porous member having excellent cushioning properties in consideration of seating properties of the seat. As this kind of porous member, for example, a foamed polypropylene material or polyurethane foam (density: 25-70 kg / m 3 , 25% hardness: 8-25 kgf / φ200) can be used.

(Second cushion material)
The second cushion material 4Ps is a member having a substantially triangular shape (side view) that can be accommodated in the first recess 10. A second concave portion 20 (concave shape) is formed in the approximate center of the second cushion material 4Ps, and has a depth dimension capable of accommodating the above-described protrusion 8 (see FIG. 3).
In this embodiment, the second cushion material 4Ps is fitted in the first recess 10 and then supported by the support member 30 described later.
At this time, the first cushion material 4Pf and the second cushion material 4Ps can be temporarily fixed with an adhesive, but it is preferable to fit them without using an adhesive. By omitting the adhesive, the manufacturing cost of the sheet can be reduced.

Moreover, when using an adhesive material, an adhesion part and a non-adhesion part may arise between 1st cushion material 4Pf and 2nd cushion material 4Ps.
Both cushion materials of the bonded part are stationary, but both cushion materials of the non-bonded part move relative to each other. For this reason, if both cushion materials (non-adhesion part) move relatively, an excessive stress will be applied to an adhesion part and it will become easy to generate unusual noises, such as a squeak. Therefore, it is possible to prevent or reduce the occurrence of abnormal noise in the seat by fitting both the cushion materials without using an adhesive.

The material of the second cushion material 4Ps is not particularly limited. For example, as in this embodiment, the second cushion material 4Ps can be made harder than the first cushion material 4Pf. Then, by supporting the first cushion material 4Pf with the second cushion material 4Ps, the supportability of the seat cushion 4 (an example of seat performance) can be improved.
Further, another member (an electrode of a capacitive sensor, a cable, a heater, or the like) can be disposed between the first cushion material 4Pf and the second cushion material 4Ps to improve the seat performance. In this case, by forming the second cushion material 4Ps and the first cushion material 4Pf from the same material, it is possible to prevent or reduce the occurrence of a sense of discomfort for the occupant.

(Support member)
The support member 30 of the present embodiment is a substantially trapezoidal (front view) planar member (see FIG. 2). The front side of the support member 30 is slightly wider (the first attachment portion 30f is formed), and the rear side is narrow.
And the rear part of the support member 30 is divided into two forks, and has a pair of second attachment parts 30 s and a window part 32. The window portion 32 is an opening formed between the pair of second attachment portions 30s. The window portion 32 has an opening size capable of exposing the second recess 20 and is formed at a position facing the protruding portion 8 (see FIG. 3).

Here, the planar support member 30 (material) only needs to have a strength capable of supporting the second cushion material 4Ps. For example, a fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric), leather, or a resin sheet may be used. it can.
In particular, the support member 30 made of fabric has appropriate stretchability, and can cover the first cushion material 4Pf and the second cushion material 4Ps in a close contact state. Further, since the fabric support member 30 is smooth, there is almost no abnormal noise caused by contact with the arrangement surface AL. Among these, polyester non-woven fabrics are lightweight and inexpensive, and can be suitably used as the material for the support member 30.

(Locking member)
The locking member 40 is a member for locking the end of the skin material 4S (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The locking member 40 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of wire members (first wire member 42f, second wire member 42s, third wire member 42t, fourth wire member 42e) and a ring member 44. The plurality of wire members are linear members that are long in the sheet width direction. The ring member 44 is a substantially C-shaped metal member, and a part thereof is cut away.
In this embodiment, the end (front end and rear end) of the skin material 4S is folded back and bound in a bag shape, and then the first wire member 42f is inserted into the bag-like portion. The second wire member 42s is embedded in the front portion of the first cushion material 4Pf (just below the bank portion 12), and the third wire member 42t is embedded in the rear portion of the first cushion material 4Pf.
Further, after the rear portion (second attachment portion 30s) of the support member 30 is folded and bound into a bag shape, the fourth wire member 42e is inserted into the bag-shaped portion.

(Installation work of support member)
Referring to FIG. 1, the seating side of first cushion material 4Pf is covered with skin material 4S, and support member 30 is disposed on the bottom surface of first cushion material 4Pf.
At this time, the first wire member 42f and the second wire member 42s at the front end of the skin material 4S are stored in the ring member 44. Then, by closing the notch portion of the ring member 44, the front end of the skin material 4S is locked to the first cushion material 4Pf (so-called hogging is stopped). The ring member 44 is covered with the support member 30 by sewing the first attachment portion 30f to the front end of the skin material 4S (the top portion of the bank portion 12).
Before and after the above operation, the first wire member 42f, the third wire member 42t, and the fourth wire member 40e at the rear end of the skin material 4S are placed in the ring member 44. Then, by closing the notch portion of the ring member 44, the rear end of the skin material 4S and the support member 30 can be attached to the first cushion material 4Pf.

(Installation of vehicle seats)
With reference to FIGS. 1 and 3, the protrusion 8 is accommodated in the second recess 20 while the protrusion 8 and the window 32 are aligned. The vehicle seat 2 is placed on the placement portion AL while the planar support member 30 is interposed between the bottom portion of the seat cushion 4 (the first cushion material 4Pf and the second cushion material 4Ps) and the placement surface AL. Install. Since the planar support member 30 has appropriate stretchability, the planar support member 30 is stretched in close contact with the disposed surface AL.
In this embodiment, the support member 30 is interposed, so that it is possible to prevent or reduce the generation of abnormal noise due to the contact between each cushion material (particularly, the high hardness second cushion material 4Ps) and the placement surface AL.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the planar cushioning member 30 is stretched on the bottom of the seat cushion 4 (by a relatively simple configuration) to support the second cushion material 4Ps. Thereby, without the shape change of the 1st recessed part 10, falling off of 2nd cushion material 4Ps can be prevented or reduced.
In the present embodiment, the support of the seat cushion 4 can be improved by supporting the first cushion material 4Pf with the second cushion material 4Ps (high hardness). Further, when the adhesive is omitted, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of the sheet and to prevent or reduce the generation of abnormal noise on the sheet.
In the present embodiment, the support member 30 covers most of the locking member 40. For this reason, even when the rear portion of the seat cushion 4 is tilted upward, the locking member 40 (ring member 44) has a good-looking seat structure that is not exposed as much as possible.
For this reason, according to the present embodiment, the performance of the vehicle seat 2 can be improved with a simpler configuration while preventing or reducing the falling off of the second cushion material 4Ps when the seat is transported or used.

According to the present embodiment, the contact between the locking member 40 and the other member (occupant) is avoided as much as possible, and damage or the like of the locking member 40 or the other member can be prevented or reduced. Moreover, even if a passenger | crew may touch the seat cushion 4 bottom part (bank part 12), the discomfort generation | occurrence | production caused by the locking member 40 can be prevented or reduced.
Then, the rear portion side of the seat cushion 4 is tilted by pulling the handle portion 4h upward (see FIG. 1). At this time, the bottom of the seat cushion 4 is exposed, but since most of the ring member 44 is covered with the support member 30, deterioration of the appearance of the seat can be prevented or reduced.
