- クロム鋼を含む本体部(2)と、
前記本体部(2)に直接適用され、少なくとも5μm、最大35μmの厚さを有し、互いに直接適用される複数の層(4、5)をも備える多層被覆(3)と、を備え、
前記クロム鋼はマルテンサイトクロム鋼であり、前記クロム鋼のクロムの含有量は、少なくとも8質量%であり、最大13質量%であり、
前記クロム鋼は窒素を含み、窒素の含有量は、少なくとも0.010質量%であり、最大0.080質量%であり、
前記本体部に直接適用される層が、窒化クロムを含む接着促進層(4)であり、残りの層の少なくとも1つ(5)が硬質材料を含み、
前記硬質材料は、窒化クロム、窒化クロムアルミニウム、および/または、窒化チタンアルミニウムを含むターボ機械部品。 - 前記クロム鋼はモリブデンおよび/またはバナジウムを含む、請求項1に記載のターボ機械部品。
- 前記クロム鋼は、9.0〜11.0質量%のクロムと、1.0〜2.0質量%のモリブデンと、0.1〜1.0質量%のニッケルと、0.10〜0.30質量%のバナジウムと、残りの構成物質として鉄とを含む、請求項2に記載のターボ機械部品。
- 前記多層被覆(3)の前記複数の層(4、5)は物理気相堆積によって適用される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械部品。
- 前記物理気相堆積は600℃未満の被覆温度で実施される、請求項4に記載のターボ機械部品。
- 前記ターボ機械部品(1)は、蒸気タービンの回転動翼または案内静翼である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械部品。
- クロム鋼を含む本体部(2)と、
前記本体部(2)に直接適用され、且つ窒化クロムを含む接着促進層(4)、及び複数の保護層(5)、を含む多層被覆(3)と、を備え、
前記多層被覆(3)は30μmから35μmの厚さを有し、
前記クロム鋼はマルテンサイトクロム鋼であり、前記クロム鋼のクロムの含有量は、少なくとも8質量%であり、最大13質量%であり、
前記クロム鋼は窒素を含み、窒素の含有量は、少なくとも0.010質量%であり、最大0.080質量%であり、
各前記保護層(5)は窒化クロムアルミニウムを含む、ターボ機械部品。
