<実験例1>
<実験例2>
実験例1のアルミニウム合金を1次アルミニウム合金として使って、これを再び電気炉を用いて溶解したアルミニウム溶湯に投入して、希釈して2次アルミニウム試片を製造した。該製造された2次アルミニウムの鉄−マンガン全率固溶体の組成は、0.8重量%であった。
表1は、実験例4によるアルミニウム合金の組成(いずれも重量%単位である)を表わし、表2は、比較例1によるアルミニウム合金の組成(いずれも重量%単位である)を表わす。表1及び表2から分かるように、実験例4のアルミニウム合金は、比較例1のアルミニウム合金(いわゆる、ALDC12種の合金と指称される)で鉄及びマンガンが鉄−マンガン合金に置き換えられたものに該当する。このような合金は、溶湯状態で金型を用いて鋳造したものであって、通常のダイキャスティング合金とも呼ばれる。
Claims (9)
- 鉄−マンガン全率固溶体を有する鉄−マンガン合金粉末を提供する段階と、
前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末を溶解させることなく前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末をアルミニウム溶湯に投入する段階と、
前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末を溶解させることなく前記アルミニウム溶湯を金型鋳造して、アルミニウム基地上に分布された鉄−マンガン全率固溶体を有するアルミニウム合金を製造する段階と、
を含むアルミニウム合金の製造方法であって、
前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末は、アトマイズ法を用いて前記鉄−マンガン全率固溶体が調製される、アルミニウム合金の製造方法。 - 前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末は、前記アルミニウム溶湯内で2重量%以内(0重量%超過)に添加される請求項1に記載のアルミニウム合金の製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウム溶湯は、母材であるアルミニウム以外に添加元素として銅及びシリコンを含む請求項2に記載のアルミニウム合金の製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウム溶湯内、前記銅の含有量は、1ないし4重量%の範囲であり、前記シリコンの含有量は、9ないし13重量%の範囲である請求項3に記載のアルミニウム合金の製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウム溶湯は、母材であるアルミニウム以外に添加元素としてシリコン及びマグネシウムを含む請求項2に記載のアルミニウム合金の製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウム溶湯内、前記シリコンの含有量は、1ないし3重量%の範囲であり、前記マグネシウムの含有量は、4ないし7重量%の範囲である請求項5に記載のアルミニウム合金の製造方法。
- 第1含量の鉄−マンガン全率固溶体を含む1次アルミニウム合金を提供する段階と、
前記1次アルミニウム合金をアルミニウム溶湯に溶解させる段階と、
前記アルミニウム溶湯を鋳造して、前記第1含量よりも小さな第2含量の鉄−マンガン全率固溶体を含む2次アルミニウム合金を製造する段階と、
を含むアルミニウム合金の製造方法であって、
前記1次アルミニウム合金を提供する段階は、
アトマイズ法を用いて調製される、第1含量の鉄−マンガン全率固溶体を有する鉄−マンガン合金粉末を提供する段階と、
前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末を溶解させることなく前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末を第1次アルミニウム溶湯に投入する段階と、
前記鉄−マンガン合金粉末を溶解させることなく前記第1次アルミニウム溶湯を金型鋳造して、アルミニウム基地上に分布された鉄−マンガン全率固溶体を有する第1次アルミニウム合金を製造する段階と、
を含むアルミニウム合金の製造方法。 - 前記第2含量は、0.5超過10重量%未満の範囲である請求項7に記載のアルミニウム合金の製造方法。
- 前記第2含量の鉄−マンガン全率固溶体の平均サイズは、前記第1含量の鉄−マンガン全率固溶体の平均サイズよりも小さな請求項7に記載のアルミニウム合金の製造方法。
