Description
従来から知られるコンクリートは、主にセメントと骨材と水を混合して造られるものであり、その中でも骨材は、コンクリート全体の体積比で7割程度を占める部材である。そして、コンクリートに用いられる従来の骨材は、粒径によって粗骨材(coarse aggregate)と細骨材(fine aggregate)に分類されており、粒径の大きいものが粗骨材、小さいものが細骨材と呼ばれていた。
以下に、本発明者らが行った本発明品の骨材混合実験に関する条件表を示す。

図4は、本発明に係るコンクリート組成物を販売する場合における製造から施工に至るまでの工程例を示した図である。なお、図4で示す工程例は、コンクリート組成物を袋詰め販売する場合を例示したものである。
Claims (2)
- 所定量の骨材及び結合材を少なくとも含み、袋詰めされた状態で出荷・搬送され、施工が行われる際に袋から取り出されて水と練り混ぜることでコンクリート硬化体を形成するように構成されたコンクリート組成物であって、
前記骨材は、第一軸をふるいの寸法とし、第二軸をふるいにかけた骨材の重量に対してふるいを通過した骨材の重量を示す通過骨材重量百分率とするグラフに描かれた粒度曲線のうち、粗粒率(FM)が2.62±0.52である細骨材の下限値を示す粒度曲線と、粗粒率(FM)が6.40±0.20である粗骨材の上限値を示す粒度曲線と、に囲まれた範囲に包含される粒度曲線にて示される中骨材を少なくとも含んで構成され、
前記中骨材は、ふるい寸法1.2mmのときの通過重量が0%であり、ふるい寸法2.5mmのときの通過重量が30%であり、ふるい寸法5mmのときの通過重量が100%である粒度曲線と、ふるい寸法2.5mmのときの通過重量が0%であり、ふるい寸法5.0mmのときの通過重量が60%であり、ふるい寸法10.0mmのときの通過重量が100%である粒度曲線とで囲まれる範囲に包含される粒度曲線にて示される骨材であって、粗粒率(FM)が4.70〜5.40からなり、骨材の表面や内部に多くの通気孔を有する多孔質材料によって構成されるとともに、以下の[表1]で示す成分値を有するものとして構成され、また、
当該コンクリート組成物が、以下の[表2]に記載のNo.1、No.2及びNo.3のいずれか1つからなる配合条件によって構成され、さらに、
当該コンクリート組成物を水と練り混ぜることで得られるコンクリート硬化体が、以下の[表3]に記載のNo.1、No.2及びNo.3のいずれか1つで示される評価結果を示すものであることを特徴とするコンクリート組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のコンクリート組成物によって形成されるコンクリート硬化体。
