Claims (12)
- 第1ブランクと第2ブランクであって、第1ブランク及び第2ブランクがアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金の層を含むコーティングがなされた22MnB5鋼基材を含む、第1ブランクと第2ブランクを接合する方法において、
前記第2ブランクに接合される前記第1ブランクの第1部分を選択し、前記第1部分に接合される前記第2ブランクの第2部分を選択することと、
溶接部に金属粉末を供給しながら、ツインスポット溶接で、前記第2部分に前記第1部分を溶接することとを含み、
前記第1ブランクの前記第1部分及び前記第2ブランクの前記第2部分、並びに前記溶接部における前記金属粉末が溶接中に溶融し、前記金属粉末が前記溶融した前記第1部分及び前記第2部分と混合され、
前記金属粉末が、ニッケル(Ni)、炭素(C)、コバルト(Co)、マンガン(Mn)及び窒素(N)からなる群から選択される元素を含む鉄系粉末である、方法。 - 前記ツインスポット溶接が垂直ツインスポット溶接を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
