Claims (5)
- バラスト水が流出入できる流入部と流出部を含むボディーと;
前記ボディーの内部を流れるバラスト水に紫外線を照射する紫外線ランプを含む紫外線ランプ部と;
前記紫外線ランプ部にくっ付いた異物を除去する洗浄部と;を含み、
前記洗浄部は、異物を除去するワイパーが挿入され、紫外線ランプを取り囲むワイパー本体と、前記ワイパー本体を駆動軸に連結するアームと、前記アームを移動させる駆動軸に動力を提供する駆動モーターとを含み、
前記ワイパーは、主ワイパーと補助ワイパーがそれぞれ前記ワイパー本体に挿入され、紫外線ランプ部にくっ付いた異物を二重に除去し、
前記主ワイパーは、前記ワイパー本体の内周面の中央部に位置し、ワイパー本体の内周面に挿入される紫外線ランプ部にくっ付いた異物を除去するとともに、
前記補助ワイパーは、前記主ワイパーの両側にそれぞれ位置し、前記アームの前進または後進移動の際に紫外線ランプ部の付着異物を前記主ワイパーにより拭き取られる前に一次的に補助ワイパーにかかるようにして除去することができるようにし、
前記補助ワイパーが、補助ワイパー本体から内周面の外側前方の方向に傾いて突出する傾斜突出部を含み、前記傾斜突出部は紫外線ランプ部の表面と接触する部分が面接触ではなく線接触をすることができるように先鋭部を形成し、紫外線ランプ部の表面と補助ワイパー間の摩擦を最小化し且つ効果的に異物を除去することができるようにすることを特徴とする、二重ワイパー構造を有するバラスト水紫外線処理装置。 - 前記主ワイパーが、内周面から前記紫外線ランプ部の表面と接触する部分が陥入して空間を形成する溝を中心として左右にそれぞれ配置される第1刃と第2刃を含むことにより、前記アームの前進または後進移動の際に前記第1刃または第2刃が前記溝の空間に押し付けられながら移動をスムーズにし且つ効果的に異物を除去することができるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重ワイパー構造を有するバラスト水紫外線処理装置。
- 前記洗浄部は、一定の範囲の紫外線ランプを統合して同時に異物を除去する洗浄ユニットを複数含むことにより、紫外線処理装置の容量が増大して紫外線ランプの設置数が増加しても洗浄ユニットを並列的に配置することで効果的に異物を除去することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重ワイパー構造を有するバラスト水紫外線処理装置。
- 前記ボディーは、前記紫外線ランプが挿入される方向に対して垂直な断面が四角形状に形成され、
前記紫外線ランプは、前記ボディーの四角形状の断面内でバラスト水の流れ方向に対して垂直方向に一列に配列されるラインが複数のラインをなし、
前記洗浄ユニットは、バラスト水の流れ方向に沿って順次2本のラインまたは3本のラインを統合して同時に異物を除去するように形成され、それぞれバラスト水の流れ方向に沿って並列的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二重ワイパー構造を有するバラスト水紫外線処理装置。 - 前記流入部に隣接した第1ラインからバラスト水の流れ方向に一定の間隔離隔した第2ラインの紫外線ランプは、バラスト水の流れ方向からみたとき、前記第1ラインをなす紫外線ランプ間の間隔の間に配列されることにより、バラスト水の流れが紫外線ランプとぶつからないで流出することを防止することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二重ワイパー構造を有するバラスト水紫外線処理装置。
