Description
Claims (12)
- 内部にチャンバを画定する変形可能な壁部と、前記チャンバ内に配置されるチューブ形状の膜とを備える、固体粒子を含む流体を濾過するための濾過システムであって、
前記チャンバ内に存在する流体を前記膜の外部に濾過するために、前記チャンバの壁部を内向き及び外向きに周期的にそれぞれ変形させるように構成されており、
前記膜が、チューブ状の支持要素と、前記チューブ状の支持要素の外面に配置される膜層とを含み、前記膜層が、前記チューブ形状の膜の長手方向軸線に対する半径方向のオフセットが増加するにつれて径が小さくなるチャネルを含み、
前記チャンバの壁部を蠕動運動で周期的に変形させるように構成されている、濾過システム。 - 前記チューブ形状の膜の前記長手方向軸線が、前記チャンバの対称軸線に実質的に平行である、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記チューブ状の支持要素及び前記膜層が、一体化されたモジュールを形成している、請求項1に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記膜が、セラミック材料から作製されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記変形可能な壁部が、可撓性のスリーブを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記膜の前記外面に配置され、かつ、前記変形可能な壁部の半径方向の最小位置を画定している、流体透過性の硬いチューブ形状の構造体をさらに含み、前記半径方向の最小位置が、前記膜の半径方向の外面位置よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記チャンバ内の前記流体を加熱するための加熱要素をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 直列に配置されている複数のチャンバを含み、それぞれのチャンバが、それぞれの前記チャンバ内に配置されているチューブ形状の膜を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- それぞれの前記チューブ形状の膜同士も、直列に接続されている、請求項8に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記チャンバ及び/又は前記膜が、閉ループを形成している、請求項8又は9に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記チャンバ内に配置されている複数のチューブ形状の膜を備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の濾過システム。
- 固体粒子を含む流体を濾過する方法であって、
内部にチャンバを画定する変形可能な壁部と、前記チャンバ内に配置され半径方向の外面を有するチューブ形状の膜とを用意するステップと、
前記チャンバ内に存在する流体を前記膜の外部に濾過するために、半径方向外向きの位置と、前記膜の前記半径方向の外面に近い半径方向内向きの位置との間で、蠕動運動で前記チャンバの壁部を内向き及び外向きにそれぞれ周期的に変形させるステップと、
を含む方法。
