Claims (19)
- 第1貯蔵室が設けられている本体と、
前記第1貯蔵室を開閉するドアと、
前記本体の内部に設けられている熱交換チャンバーと、
前記熱交換チャンバーに収納される蒸発機と、
前記第1貯蔵室の一方の側に提供され、前記第1貯蔵室の温度より低い温度に維持される第2貯蔵室と、
前記第2貯蔵室に収納される引き出しアセンブリーと、
前記蒸発機の冷媒配管と直接熱交換するように構成され、前記第2貯蔵室の内部を冷却する急速冷却モジュールと、
を含む冷蔵庫において、
前記急速冷却モジュールは、
前記冷媒配管の少なくとも一部を囲むようにして前記冷媒配管に直接接触する熱伝導ユニットと、
電流が供給される際、発熱面が前記熱伝導ユニットと熱交換するように接続され、吸熱面が前記第2貯蔵室に向かう熱伝素子と、
前記熱伝素子の吸熱面に接触する放熱部材と、
前記放熱部材の前方に装着される吸熱側送風ファンと、
を含み、
前記引き出しアセンブリーの後面には、前記吸熱側送風ファンにより強制流動する冷気の移動ができるようにする冷気移動部が形成されることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記冷気移動部は、
放熱部材を通過する際に熱交換される冷気が前記引き出しアセンブリーの内部に流入されるように構成する冷気流入部と、
前記引き出しアセンブリーの内部の冷気が前記放熱部材の方に流動するように構成する冷気流出部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記引き出しアセンブリーの後面に突出して、前記冷気移動部を通じた冷気の循環をガイドするガイドスリーブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記急速冷却モジュールは、前記熱交換チャンバーと前記第2貯蔵室を区画する区画壁を貫通して装着される、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記区画壁は、前記本体を形成するインナーケースまたは前記インナーケースの前方に装着される別のプレートまたはダクト部材である、請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記第2貯蔵室に露出される前記区画壁の表面から突出して、前記第2貯蔵室内部の冷気循環をガイドするガイドスリーブをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記吸熱側送風ファンは、前記引き出しアセンブリーの後側に置かれる、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記吸熱側送風ファンと、前記放熱部材の少なくとも一部分は、前記引き出しアセンブリーの内部に置かれる、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記熱伝素子は、前記熱伝導ユニットに直接接触する、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記急速冷却モジュールは、
前記熱伝素子の発熱面に装着される熱伝導板と、
前記熱伝導ユニットと前記熱伝導板を接続するヒートパイプと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記引き出しアセンブリーの内部の底面に、突出する複数の冷却突起をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記複数の冷却突起の上に置かれる冷却板をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記引き出しアセンブリーの後面と前記区画壁との間に提供される冷気循環キットをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記冷気循環キットは、
前記放熱部材の少なくとも一部分及び前記吸熱側送風ファンが収納されるキットボディーと、
前記キットボディーの前面に形成されて、前記引き出しアセンブリーと前記キットボディーとの間の冷気循環ができるように構成する冷気流動ダクトと、を含み、
前記冷気流動ダクトは、冷気流入と流出ができるように構成する単一のダクト、または、前記引き出しアセンブリーの方に冷気を案内する冷気流入ダクトと、前記引き出しアセンブリーの内部の冷気を前記キットボディーに案内する冷気流出ダクトと、を含む複数のダクトを含む、請求項13に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記引き出しアセンブリーの後面と前記区画壁との間に提供され、前記熱交換チャンバーから前記引き出しアセンブリーに冷気を供給する冷気流路部を有する案内部と、
前記案内部の下側に提供され、前記熱交換チャンバーと前記引き出しアセンブリーとの間の冷気循環ができるように構成する冷気移動ダクトと、をさらに含み、
前記区画壁には、前記冷気流路部と前記熱交換チャンバーを接続する冷気流入口と、前記引き出しアセンブリーの冷気が前記熱交換チャンバーに流出されるように構成する冷気流出口と、が形成される、請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記冷気移動ダクトは、
前記冷気流路部の下端に装着されて、前記冷気流路部と前記引き出しアセンブリーを接続する冷気流入ダクトと、
前記冷気流入ダクトの下側に装着されて、前記引き出しアセンブリーと前記熱交換チャンバーを接続する冷気流出ダクトと、を含み、
前記吸熱側送風ファンは、前記冷気流入ダクトの内部に位置する、請求項15に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記急速冷却モジュールは、前記冷気流入口から下側に離隔される位置または前記冷気流入口の直下に装着される、請求項15に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記冷気流入口は、単一の孔または左右側に対称の形状に提供される一対の孔を含む、請求項15に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記引き出しアセンブリーは、
前記第2貯蔵室に収納されるケースと、
前記ケースから出し入れ可能に提供される引き出しと、を含み、
前記冷気流入部と前記冷気流出部は、前記引き出し後面に形成され、
前記吸熱側送風ファンは、前記冷気流入部と前記冷気流出部のうち何れか一つと対面する、請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
