Description
本発明は、電子装置と機械との相互作用を可能にする制御パネルに関し、より具体的には、電子表示部に制御を組合わせた制御パネルに関する。
制御パネルは、装置(たとえばコンピュータ)に接続され、装置と物理的に相互作用する方法として使用することができる。制御パネルは、多くの用途、たとえば音と光を使用する用途(たとえば、舞台照明、動画編集、キーボード、DJ機器)、自動車、工場設備および機械制御などに使用することができる。
これらの問題を解決するために、本発明は、制御パネルを提案している。この制御パネルは、観察素子を含み、前述した観察素子は、使用時、画像を表示するように構成可能である表示部の上方に配置され、前述した表示部の少なくとも一部は、観察素子を通って可視であり、少なくとも2つの光制御器を含み、前述した2つの光制御器は、前述した観察素子に対して移動可能に設けられ、各光制御器は、前述した観察素子に対して回転軸を中心に回転可能であり、少なくとも2つの発光体を含み、各発光体は、観察素子を横切って前述した少なくとも2つの光制御器のうち少なくとも1つに光を送達ように動作可能であり、少なくとも2つの光検出器を含み、各光検出器は、前述した少なくとも2つの光制御器のうち少なくとも1つからの光を検出するように動作可能であり、前述した少なくとも2つの発光体と前述した少なくとも2つの光検出器は、観察素子を亘る検知径路の格子を形成するように構成され、前述した少なくとも2つの光制御器は、前述した少なくとも2つの発光体と前述した少なくとも2つの光検出器とを順次作動させることによって走査され、前述した少なくとも2つの光検出器によって検出された光は、前述した少なくとも2つの光制御器の動作を表し、表示部によって表示される画像を構成するために利用される。
図面を参照しながら、本発明をもっぱら例として説明する。
本発明の一実施形態において、制御パネルは、外部システムに接続されている。この外部システムは、ソフトウェアアプリケーション(たとえば、音声、照明、DJ、画像、ビデオ、CAD、および機械制御などのために使用されるソフトウェア)であってもよく、ハードウェア(たとえば、調整卓、照明卓、DJ機器、機械、工場設備、および車両など)であってもよい。使用者が光制御器を動かすと、制御パネルは、外部システムが認識するデータを生成する。その後、制御パネルは、外部システムからデータを受信し、表示部に情報を表示する。
Claims (20)
- 制御パネルであって、
観察素子(2)を含み、前記観察素子(2)は、使用時、画像を表示するように構成可能である表示部(5)の上方に配置され、前記表示部(5)の少なくとも一部は、前記観察素子(2)を通って可視であり、
少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)を含み、前記2つの光制御器(1)は、前記観察素子(2)に対して移動可能に設けられ、各光制御器(1)は、前記観察素子(2)に対して回転軸(26)を中心に回転可能であり、
少なくとも2つの発光体(3)を含み、各発光体(3)は、前記観察素子(2)を横切って前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)のうち少なくとも1つに光を送達ように動作可能であり、
少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)を含み、各光検出器(4)は、前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)のうち少なくとも1つからの光を検出するように動作可能であり、
前記少なくとも2つの発光体(3)と前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)とは、前記観察素子(2)を亘り、2つ以上の交差する検知径路(6)を含む検知径路(6)の格子を形成するように構成され、
前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)は、前記少なくとも2つの発光体(3)と前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)とを順次作動させることによって走査され、
前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)によって検出された光は、前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)の動作を表し、前記表示部(5)によって表示される画像を構成するために利用される、制御パネル。 - 前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)は、2つ以上の検知径路(6)が交差する位置に配置されている、請求項1に記載の制御パネル。
- 前記制御パネルは、光制御器(1)の列を含む、請求項1に記載の制御パネル。
- 少なくとも1つの前記発光体(3)は、2つ以上の光制御器(1)に光を伝送するように構成される、請求項1に記載の制御パネル。
- 少なくとも1つの前記光検出器(4)は、2つ以上の光制御器(1)からの光を受光するように構成される、請求項1に記載の制御パネル。
- 少なくとも1つの前記発光体(3)は、ちょうど1つまたは2つの光制御器(1)に光を伝送するように構成され、
少なくとも1つの前記光検出器(4)は、ちょうど1つまたは2つの光制御器(1)からの光を受光するように構成される、請求項5に記載の制御パネル。 - 前記観察素子(2)を横切って前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)に送達された光は、前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)の各々を横切る方向で伝送され、前記方向は、前記観察素子(2)の平面と実質的に平行である、請求項1に記載の制御パネル。

- 前記制御パネルは、前記観察素子(2)に対して移動可能に配置され、前記観察素子(2)に対して押下可能である少なくとも1つのスイッチをさらに含み、その押下が前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)のうち少なくとも1つによって検出される、請求項1に記載の制御パネル。

前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)は、導光部材として機能する前記観察素子(2)を介して受光するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御パネル。 - 前記観察素子(2)は、前記発光体(3)と前記光制御器(1)と前記光検出器(4)との間に光を間接的に導光するための任意の反射装置である少なくとも1つの光偏向器(25)を含む、請求項13に記載の制御パネル。
- 前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)の各々は、前記各光制御器(1)の動作を表す特性を前記伝送された光に与える機構を含む、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の制御パネル。
- 前記機構は、前記各光制御器(1)の前記回転軸を中心に配置された、光透過素子および光不透過素子(10,12)と光減衰素子とのうち1つ以上を含む、請求項15に記載の制御パネル。
- 前記制御パネルは、さらに変換器を含み、
前記変換器は、前記少なくとも2つの発光体(3)を順次作動させ、前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)を順次走査し、前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)からの少なくとも2つの出力信号を前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)の動作を表す制御信号に変換するように構成されている、請求項15に記載の制御パネル。 - 前記変換器は、前記少なくとも2つの光検出器(4)のうち少なくとも2つからの前記少なくとも2つの出力信号を比較することによって決定された前記少なくとも2つの光制御器(1)の動作方向を表す制御信号を提供する、請求項17に記載の制御パネル。
- 光制御器(1)が回転されるとき、2つの光検出器(4)は、位相差を有する反復信号を出力し、検知径路(6)の格子は、2つの信号の間に概ね90°または270°の位相差を有するように構成されている、請求項18に記載の制御パネル。
- 請求項15に記載の制御パネルと、前記制御パネルの操作によって制御される装置とを含むシステム。
