Description
・二次元(2D)織物;
・三次元(3D)または多層織りにより得られる3D織物、特に国際公開第2010/061140号(その内容は参照として本明細書に援用される)に記載されたような織物;
・組み紐(tresse);
・ニット;
・フェルト;および/または
・より糸(fils)や綱(cables)でできた一方向(UD)シート、または複数のUDシートをそれぞれ別の方向に重ねあわせ、例えば、ステッチを施したり(couture)、化学的接着剤を用いたり、縫ったり(aiguilletage)して、当該シートを接合することにより得られる多方向(nD)シート。
・炭素相と炭化ケイ素相とを含むマトリクスにより高密度化された炭素繊維強化材により構成された材料である、炭素/炭素−炭化ケイ素(C/C−SiC)複合材料;
・炭化ケイ素マトリクスにより高密度化された炭素繊維強化材により構成された材料である、炭素/炭化ケイ素(C/SiC)複合材料;および/または
・炭化ケイ素マトリクスにより高密度化された炭化ケイ素繊維強化材により構成された材料である、炭化ケイ素/炭化ケイ素(SiC/SiC)複合材料。
Claims (10)
- 内側シュラウドと外側シュラウドとの間に径方向に延びる複数のアームを有する金属製の排気ケーシングを備えるとともに、さらに、前記排気ケーシングに固定された上流端と自由端である下流端との間に延びる複合材料製の少なくとも1つの軸対称部品を備える航空エンジンの後部胴体集合体であって、
前記軸対称部品は、その上流端において、複数のスリットを含む環状部を有し、前記複数のスリット同士の間に複数の弾性固定タブが規定されており、
各スリットは、前記排気ケーシングのアームと協働し、
前記排気ケーシングは、さらに、前記弾性固定タブが取り付けられた複数の固定部を含む、後部胴体集合体。 - 前記後部胴体集合体は、前記ケーシングの前記内側シュラウドと前記外側シュラウドとの間の中間位置において前記排気ケーシングの前記アームに固定された、複合材料製の排気コーンを備え、
前記アームはそれぞれ、前記中間位置と同じ地点において固定部を含み、前記排気コーンの前記上流端に位置する前記環状部の弾性固定タブが、前記アームの前記固定部に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の後部胴体集合体。 - 前記後部胴体集合体は、前記ケーシングの前記外側シュラウドに近い位置において前記排気ケーシングの前記アームに固定された、複合材料製の排気ノズルを備え、
前記外側シュラウドは複数の固定部を有し、前記排気ノズルの前記上流端に位置する前記環状部の前記弾性固定タブが、前記外側シュラウドの前記固定部に取り付けられている、請求項1または2に記載の後部胴体集合体。 - 各スリットは、各軸対称部品の前記上流端から延びるとともに、前記スリットが協働する前記アームの部分に対応する寸法を有する第1部分を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の後部胴体集合体。
- 各スリットは、さらに、前記第1部分から下流に向かって延びる第2部分を含む、請求項4に記載の後部胴体集合体。
- 各軸対称部品は、少なくとも部分的にセラミックであるマトリクスにより高密度化された、耐熱性繊維でできた繊維強化材を含む複合材料でできている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の後部胴体集合体。
- 前記マトリクスは、少なくとも酸化物、窒化物、炭化物、およびケイ化物から選ばれるセラミックマトリクスである、請求項6に記載の後部胴体集合体。
- 各軸対称部品は、1つ以上の自己修復相を含む炭化ケイ素マトリクスにより高密度化された、炭化ケイ素繊維でできた繊維強化材を含む複合材料でできている、請求項6に記載の後部胴体集合体。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の後部胴体集合体を備える航空エンジン。
- 請求項9に記載の航空エンジンを少なくとも1つ搭載した航空機。
