Description
Claims (9)
- プロセスフィールドバスのベースであって、
対向する側部を有する細長い内部空間と、前記対向する側部に沿って延在する1対の対向して平行な上部回路基板溝(70)と、該上部回路基板溝(70)の下で前記対向する側部に沿って延在する1対の対向して平行な下部回路基板溝(72)と、を有する本体を形成する1対の対向する部材と、
上部回路基板(32)、該上部回路基板(32)の下にある下部回路基板(30)、該上部回路基板(32)と該下部回路基板(30)とを相互に固定するスペーサ(34)を備えるユニット回路基板アセンブリ(22)であって、前記上部回路基板溝(70)内に前記上部回路基板(32)の縁部が位置し、前記下部回路基板溝(72)内に前記下部回路基板(30)の縁部が位置し、前記上部回路基板(32)の縁部と前記下部回路基板(30)の縁部が対向して平行な、ユニット回路基板アセンブリ(22)と、
前記上部回路基板(32)の縁部の一つに又は前記下部回路基板(30)の縁部の一つにある第1の位置合わせ部材(78)と、
前記上部回路基板溝(70)の一つに又は前記下部回路基板溝(72)の一つにあり、前記第1の位置合わせ部材(78)と相互に係合する第2の位置合わせ部材(76)と、
プロセスフィールドバスと電気接続を確立するために、前記ユニット回路基板アセンブリ(22)上にある第1の接点要素と、
前記プロセスフィールドバスのDC電源との電気接続部を確立するために、前記ユニット回路基板アセンブリ(22)上にある第2の接点要素とを備え、
前記上部回路基板溝(70)および下部回路基板溝(72)が前記本体内で前記ユニット回路基板アセンブリを垂直方向に位置合わせし、前記第1および第2の位置合わせ部材(78、76)が、前記本体内で前記ユニット回路基板アセンブリ(22)を水平方向に位置合わせする、ベース。 - 前記スペーサが前記上部及び下部回路基板に接合され、前記上部及び下部回路基板を相互に離隔して平行で固定された関係に維持する、請求項1に記載のベース。
- 前記第1の接点要素と前記第2の接点要素の間に減結合インダクタを含む、請求項1に記載のベース。
- 前記第1及び第2の接点要素が、前記下部回路基板上にある、請求項1に記載のベース。
- 前記第2の接点要素から前記第1の接点要素に供給される電力を調整する少なくとも1つの絶縁モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載のベース。
- DINレールフック及びDINレールラッチを含む、請求項1に記載のベース。
- 前記1対の対向する部材の各々が中空のシェルである、請求項1に記載のベース。
- 前記位置合わせ部材が第1の切り欠き及び第1のリブを備え、該第1のリブが前記第1の切り欠き内に延在する、請求項1に記載のベース。
- 前記上部回路基板の縁部にある第2の切り欠きと、前記上部回路基板の前記縁部を受ける前記一対の上部回路基板溝の一つにある第2のリブとを含み、該第2のリブが前記第2の切り欠き内に延在する、請求項8に記載のベース。
