1−ライナーのカラーを中間円筒形本体上へと当接させる;
2−カラーを中間円筒形本体に締り嵌めし、連結を機械加工する。
Claims (18)
- 金属製ライナーを製造するためのツールセットであって、
前記金属製ライナーを構成する一次部品(2a、2b、2c)の支持要素を形成する複数のマンドレル要素(1a、1b、1c)からなるマンドレル(1)と、連接する前記複数のマンドレル要素の接合端部上に位置決めされるよう設計された少なくとも1つの環状セクタ(3a、3b、3c、3d)とを備えることを特徴とする、ツールセット。 - 前記金属製ライナーが、複合体容器用の金属製ライナーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツールセット。
- 前記ライナーは丸みを帯びた端部を有する円筒形容器ライナーであり、前記支持要素は少なくとも1つのフロントパネル(1a)、1つのリアパネル(1c)及び少なくとも1つの中間円筒形本体(1b)と、前記フロントパネル(1a)、リアパネル(1c)及び中間円筒形本体(1b)の接合端部上に位置決めされた環状セクタ(3a、3b、3c、3d)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のツールセット。
- 前記環状セクタ(3a、3b、3c、3d)は鋼鉄製セクタである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のツールセット。
