Claims (3)
- 熱媒液を貯留する熱媒槽と、該熱媒槽内に配設され一端から気化対象の液相の液化ガス燃料が流入され、他端から気化された液化燃料ガスが流出される伝熱管と、前記熱媒槽内に配置されガス燃料を燃焼するバーナの燃焼室と、前記燃焼室の燃焼排ガスを外気に排出する排気筒と、前記バーナのガス燃料供給管に設けられガス燃料の供給を制御する制御弁と、前記バーナに燃焼用の空気を供給する送風機と、前記熱媒槽内の熱媒液の温度を検出する温度センサと、該温度センサの検出温度に基づいて前記バーナの点火装置と前記送風機を駆動制御するとともに前記制御弁を制御する制御盤と、前記制御盤に制御電源を供給する電源盤を備えてなる液化ガス気化装置において、
少なくとも前記バーナと前記送風機と前記制御盤の周辺の可燃性ガス濃度を検出する防爆型ガス検知器を設け、前記電源盤は、可燃性ガスが存在しない非危険場所に設置され、前記防爆型ガス検知器が検出した可燃性ガス濃度が設定濃度を越えたとき、前記制御盤への制御電源の供給を停止することを特徴とする液化ガス気化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液化ガス気化装置において、
可燃性ガス濃度の前記設定濃度は、前記可燃性ガスに対応して定められた爆発下限界濃度に基づいて設定されることを特徴とする液化ガス気化装置。 - 請求項2に記載の液化ガス気化装置において、
可燃性ガス濃度の前記設定濃度は、前記爆発下限界濃度の15%〜25%の範囲から選択される濃度に設定され、
さらに前記電源盤は、前記防爆型ガス検知器が検出した可燃性ガス濃度が、前記爆発下限界濃度の5%を越え、15%の未満の場合に警報を発することを特徴とする液化ガス気化装置。
