Description
被験者の一部のスペクトル投影画像の関心領域における標的固有の造影剤の量を数値化する値を生成し、

前記スペクトル投影画像、前記値又は前記信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記被験者の行動指針を推薦する推薦を生成し、及び
前記スペクトル投影画像、前記しきい値、前記値又は前記信号の少なくとも1つを表示する、
コンピュータ読取可能記憶媒体におけるコード化したコンピュータ読取可能命令である。
Claims (14)
- コンピュータにおいて被検者の撮像情報を処理する方法であって、前記コンピュータのプロセッサが、
被験者の一部のスペクトル投影画像を解析するステップ、
前記スペクトル投影画像の関心領域における標的固有の造影剤の量を数値化する値を生成するステップであって、前記標的固有の造影剤が被検者の心臓血管系にある破綻したプラークを標的としたものである、ステップ、及び
既定のしきい値レベルを満たす前記値に応答して、前記標的とする破綻したプラークの存在を示す信号を生成するステップ、
を実行することを含む方法。 - 前記標的固有の造影剤はKエッジ材料を含み、前記信号は、前記値が前記既定のしきい値レベルを満たすとき、Kエッジ材料の存在を示している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記信号は、前記値が前記既定のしきい値レベルを満たさないとき、Kエッジ材料が無いことを示している、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記値は、ピクセル強度を示している請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記スペクトル投影画像又は前記信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記被験者の行動方針を勧める推薦を生成するステップ、をさらに有する請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記推薦は、前記被験者に対する後続する医療又は撮像検査の自動的なスケジューリングを実行する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記スペクトル投影画像、及び前記値、前記しきい値、前記信号又は前記推薦の少なくとも1つを同時に表示するステップ
をさらに有する請求項5又は6に記載の方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記スペクトル投影画像又は前記信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記関心領域の後続する投影スキャンを計画するステップ
をさらに有する請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記スペクトル投影画像又は前記信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記関心領域の後続するボリュームスキャンを計画するステップ
をさらに有する請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記スペクトル投影画像又は前記信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記患者に対する医療処置を計画するステップ
をさらに有する請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記スペクトル投影画像又は前記信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記被験者の胸痛の鑑別診断を行うステップ
をさらに有する請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記被験者のコントラスト強調した投影スキャン中に取得される投影データを少なくともKエッジ成分に分解するステップ、及び
前記プロセッサが、前記Kエッジ成分を再構成して、前記スペクトル投影画像を生成するステップ、
をさらに有する請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記投影データをコンプトン成分及び光電成分に分解するステップ、並びに
前記プロセッサが、前記コンプトン成分及び前記光電成分を再構成して、コンプトン成分の投影画像及び光電成分の投影画像を生成するステップ、
をさらに有する請求項12に記載の方法。 - 被験者の一部のスペクトル投影画像を解析し、前記スペクトル投影画像の関心領域における標的固有の造影剤の量を数値化する値を生成する解析器であって、前記標的固有の造影剤が被検者の心臓血管系にある破綻したプラークを標的としたものである、解析器及び
前記値を既定のしきい値レベルと比較し、前記標的固有の造影剤が前記スペクトル投影画像に存在しているかを示す信号を生成する処理構成要素であって、前記値が前記既定のしきい値レベルを満たす場合に前記標的とする破綻したプラークの存在を示す信号を生成する、処理構成要素、
を有するシステム。
