Claims (3)
- 発光体の発光強度を増強するために用いられる発光増強基板であって、
基板と、
前記基板の表面に配設され、シリコンからなる複数のナノ粒子により構成されたナノ粒子層とを備え、
前記ナノ粒子は、その粒径が240nm以上2000nm以下であり、
前記ナノ粒子層は、光が照射されることによって局在電場を発生することを特徴とする発光増強基板。 - 前記ナノ粒子層は、金属を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光増強基板。
- 透明基板と、該透明基板の上に形成された陽極と、該陽極の上に形成された正孔輸送層と、該正孔輸送層の上に形成された発光層と、該発光層の上に形成された電子輸送層と、該電子輸送層の上に形成された陰極とを備えた発光素子であって、
前記発光層と前記正孔輸送層との間には、シリコンからなる複数のナノ粒子により構成されたナノ粒子層が設けられており、
前記ナノ粒子は、その粒径が240nm以上2000nm以下であり、
前記ナノ粒子層は、前記発光層から光が照射されることによって局在電場を発生することを特徴とする発光素子。
