Description
流量計は小型な部品を提供できる利点があり、本発明による方法を実行する際に装置のスペースの有効使用が保証される。
好ましい実施形態では、本発明による呼吸アルコール濃度を決定するための装置を備える呼吸アルコールインターロック機器及びそのようなインターロック機器を備える乗物が提供される。
定装置を通じる呼吸の流れの方向を示している。呼吸の流れは、先端が閉じている第1チャネル3を通じて導かれる。流量計5は第1チャネル3の先端の近くに位置し、測定装置1を通じる呼吸サンプルの瞬間流量Qを測定する。
測定装置にさらに備えられているのは、流量計5と、燃料電池6と、マイクロコントローラ7とのうちの1つ以上に動力を供給するバッテリー9又は他の適切なエネルギー源である。
Claims (11)
- 使用者の呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)を測定するための方法において、
前記使用者から吐かれた呼吸サンプルを受け取る工程と、
前記呼吸サンプルの流量(Q)を測定する工程と、
前記呼吸サンプルを燃料電池センサ(6)の中へ導く工程と、
前記燃料電池センサ(6)の燃料電池出力信号(FCout)に基づき呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)を計算する工程と、
測定された前記流量(Q)に基づき前記呼吸サンプルの量(Vb)を計算する工程とを備え、
前記呼吸サンプルの量(Vb)に拘わらず、測定された瞬間の流量(Q)及び前記燃料電池出力信号(FCout)をそれぞれ時間について積算することによって、前記呼吸サンプルの量(Vb)及び前記呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)を継続的に更新する工程と、
使用者が吹込を停止した場合、最終的な前記呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)を計算するよりも前に、最終的な補正された燃料電池出力信号(FCcomp)を得るべく、記憶されている較正量(Vcal)を使用して積算された最終的な前記燃料電池出力信号(FCout)の補正を行う工程とをさらに備え、前記補正は次式を使用して実行されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)に基づき血中アルコール濃度(BAC)を決定する工程をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 得られる前記血中アルコール濃度(BAC)を表示する工程をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 計算された前記呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)が所定の閾値を超える場合、乗物の始動を妨げる工程をさらに備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記流量(Q)は圧力式流量計(5)によって測定される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)を測定するための装置において、
使用者の吐いた呼吸サンプルを受け取るための手段(2)と、
前記呼吸サンプルの流量(Q)を測定するための手段(5)と、
燃料電池センサ(6)と、
マイクロコントローラ(7)とを備え、該マイクロコントローラ(7)は、
前記燃料電池センサ(6)の燃料電池出力信号(FCout)に基づき呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)を計算し、
測定された前記流量(Q)に基づき前記呼吸サンプルの量(Vb)を計算するように構成されており、
前記マイクロコントローラ(7)は、
前記呼吸サンプルの量(Vb)に拘わらず、測定された瞬間の流量(Q)及び前記燃料電池出力信号(FCout)をそれぞれ時間について積算することによって、前記呼吸サンプルの量(Vb)及び前記呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)を継続的に更新し、
使用者が吹込を停止した場合、記憶されている較正量(Vcal)を使用して積算された最終的な前記燃料電池出力信号(FCout)の補正を行い最終的な補正された燃料電池出力信号(FCcomp)を得るようにさらに構成されており、前記補正は次式を使用して実行されることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(7)は、前記呼吸アルコール濃度(BrAC)に基づき血中アルコール濃度(BAC)を決定するようにさらに構成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は得られる前記血中アルコール濃度(BAC)を表示するための表示手段をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記流量(Q)を測定するための手段は、圧力式流量計(5)である、請求項6乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項6乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備える、呼吸アルコールインターロック機器。
- 請求項10に記載の呼吸アルコールインターロック機器を備える乗物。
