Description
Claims (10)
- 組成物であって、特に明記されない限りその合計質量に対して、
ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を30〜60質量%と;
スチレンを含むアルケニル芳香族モノマーとブタジエンを含む共役ジエンと、のラジアルブロックコポリマーであって、ポリ(アルケニル芳香族)含有量が60〜70質量%、数平均分子量が50,000〜70,000原子質量のラジアルブロックコポリマーを10〜40質量%と;
ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマーであって、ポリスチレン含有量がトリブロックコポリマーの質量に対して55〜80質量%のトリブロックコポリマーを5〜20質量%と;
レゾルシノールビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、トリフェニルホスフェート、アルキル化トリフェニルホスフェートおよびこれらの組み合わせから構成される群から選択された有機リン酸エステルを5〜20質量%と;
水素化脂環式炭化水素樹脂、水素化テルペン樹脂およびこれらの組み合わせから構成される群から選択され、ASTM E28に準拠して測定した軟化点が120〜180℃であり、ASTM D3763−08aに準拠し、温度23℃で測定する組成物の多軸衝撃強度を少なくとも25Jとするに効果的な量の炭化水素樹脂と;
ベンゾインを0.05〜2質量%と、を含み;
トリデシルホスファイトを0.5質量%未満含み;
充填剤を1質量%以下含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - トリデシルホスファイトを含まない請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマーのポリスチレン含有量は、トリブロックコポリマーの質量に対して、60〜75質量%である請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂は、ASTM E28に準拠して測定した軟化点が120〜135℃の水素化脂環式炭化水素樹脂であり、その使用量が6〜10質量%であるか;
前記炭化水素樹脂は、ASTM E28に準拠して測定した軟化点が135〜145℃の水素化脂環式炭化水素樹脂であり、その使用量が4〜10質量%であるか;
前記炭化水素樹脂は、ASTM E28に準拠して測定した軟化点が145〜160℃の水素化テルペン樹脂を含み、その使用量が2〜10質量%である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 0.5質量%以下のポリ(フェニレンエーテル)−ポリシロキサンブロックコポリマーを含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 全ポリオレフィンの含有量が組成物の合計質量に対して25質量%以下であり、全ポリオレフィンは、ポリオレフィンと、ポリ(アルケニル芳香族)ブロックおよびポリオレフィンブロックを含むブロックコポリマーのポリオレフィン成分と、から成る請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 0.5質量%以下の金属ジアルキルホスフィネートを含む請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- ポリアミド、ポリオレフィンおよびポリエステルをそれぞれ1質量%以下含む請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)は、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含み;
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)の量は40〜50質量%であり;
前記ラジアルブロックコポリマーの量は20〜30質量%であり;
前記ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマーのポリスチレン含有量は、トリブロックコポリマーの質量に対して、60〜75質量%であり;
前記ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマーの量は8〜17質量%であり;
前記有機リン酸エステルは、レゾルシノールビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)であり;
前記有機リン酸エステルの量は7〜17質量%であり;
前記炭化水素樹脂は、軟化点が145〜160℃の水素化テルペン樹脂を含み;
前記炭化水素樹脂の量は3〜8質量%であり;
トリデシルホスファイトを0.3質量%以下含み;
充填剤を1質量%以下含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を含むことを特徴とする物品。
