Claims (10)
- ケーブルチャネル内にケーブル又は電線の束を支持し保持するための2部材装置であって、
内部に細長凹部を有する支持面、及び前記凹部を横切って前記凹部上を延びるケーブルタイ用のバーを有し、ケーブルタイ用のチャネルを前記バーの下に画定する支持部材と、
前記ケーブルチャネルの床に固定するための手段を有するベースを有する基部材と
を具備し、
前記支持部材は、前記基部材に固定可能であり、
前記基部材は、前記ベース上に該ベースを横切って延びるケーブルタイバーを有し、
前記基部材の前記ケーブルタイバーは、前記支持部材の前記バーの直ぐ下に嵌るよう形状が設定され且つ配置され、
ケーブルタイが前記支持部材の凹んだ開口を通って前記バー及び前記ケーブルタイバーの周囲を通過し、前記支持部材の前記支持面にケーブル又は電線の束を固定することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ケーブルチャネルの床に固定するための手段は、前記基部材の前記ベースを貫通してリベット等を受容する少なくとも1個の孔を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記支持部材は、摩擦又はスナップ嵌めにより前記基部材に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記基部材は、環状凹部により取り囲まれた1対のリベット孔を前記ベースに有し、
前記支持部材は、前記環状凹部と係合する前記支持部材の下面の環状突起により、前記基部材に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記支持部材及び前記基部材は細長の形状をなし、
前記細長凹部は、前記支持部材及び前記基部材に対して縦に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記支持部材の前記バーは、前記支持面の縦方向に対して横切って延びると共に、中間点で前記支持面上に位置することを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記支持面は、前記バーの両側で該バーから離れる方向に上方へ傾斜することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記支持面は、前記バーの各端部から前記支持部材の縦方向に対して横切る方向に下方へ湾曲することを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の装置。
- 前記支持部材の幅は、縦方向に沿って前記バーから前記支持部材の縦端まで大きくなることを特徴とする請求項5ないし8のうちいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載の装置を用いてケーブルチャネルにケーブル又は電線の束を固定する方法であって、
前記装置の前記基部材を前記ケーブルチャネルの前記床に固定する工程と、
前記装置の前記支持部材を前記基部材に嵌める工程と、
前記支持部材の前記支持面に横たわるように前記チャネルにケーブル又は電線の束を載置する工程と、
前記2部材装置の前記バー及び前記ケーブルタイバーの下且つ前記ケーブル又は電線の束の周囲に、前記支持面の前記細長凹部にケーブルタイを通過させる工程と、
前記装置の前記支持部材及び前記基部材に前記ケーブル又は電線の束を固定するように前記ケーブルタイの両端を固定する工程と
を具備することを特徴とする、ケーブルチャネルにケーブル又は電線の束を固定する方法。
