Claims (8)
- 複数の複合材スチフナと、前記スチフナにより補強される複数の外板パネル(210)とを備える航空宇宙ビークルであって、
前記複数のスチフナの各スチフナは、少なくとも1つのウェブとベースを有しており、
前記ベースは、前記外板パネル(210)にファスナーにより締結されており、
前記ウェブと前記ベースの各々は、強化繊維からなるプライの積層板を有し、前記積層板の前記プライのうちの少なくとも一部は、αを2〜12度とした場合に、主荷重軸に対して±αの角度で配向された強化繊維を有し、前記プライのうちの少なくとも一部は、βを50〜85度とした場合に、前記主荷重軸に対して±βの角度で配向された強化繊維を有しており、
前記ウェブにおいて±βの角度で配向された前記強化繊維は、前記ウェブの外側表面に向かって偏らせられて、座屈剛性及び横方向曲げ剛性を向上させ、
前記ベースにおいて±αの角度で配向された前記強化繊維が、前記ベースでのプライの分断を抑制するか遅らせる、
航空宇宙ビークル。 - αは2〜8度である、請求項1に記載のビークル。
- αは3〜5度である、請求項1または2に記載のビークル。
- ±αの角度で配向された前記強化繊維は、各スチフナの強化繊維の合計本数の少なくとも50%を構成する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のビークル。
- 前記外板パネル(210)及び前記スチフナは、ポリマーマトリクス中の炭素繊維を含む、請求項1に記載のビークル。
- 前記ビークルは、胴体(110)と、翼アセンブリ(120)と、尾部(130)とを含み、前記複数のスチフナは、前記胴体、前記翼アセンブリ、及び前記尾部のうちの少なくとも1つに含まれる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のビークル。
- 前記積層板の全繊維は、±α及び±βの角度で配向された前記強化繊維からなり、前記全繊維の20〜30%が、±βの角度で配向して、0/+45/−45/90度の角度で配向した硬質ラミネートと同様の面圧強度レベルを実現する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のビークル。
- 航空宇宙ビークルスチフナと、前記スチフナにより補強される外板パネル(210)とを備える物品であって、
前記スチフナは、ベースと、少なくとも1つのウェブとを含み、前記ベースは、前記外板パネル(210)にファスナーにより締結されており、前記ウェブと前記ベースの各々は、強化繊維からなるプライを含むことにより、引張強度及び圧縮強度を主荷重軸に沿って付与し、
前記ウェブと前記ベースの各々は、αを2〜12度とした場合に、前記主荷重軸に対して±αの角度で配向された強化繊維からなるプライと、βを50〜85度とした場合に、前記主荷重軸に対して±βの角度で配向された強化繊維からなるプライを含み、
前記ウェブにおいて±βの角度で配向された前記強化繊維は、前記ウェブの外側表面に向かって偏らせられて、座屈剛性及び横方向荷重剛性を向上させ、
前記ベースにおいて±αの角度で配向された前記強化繊維が、前記ベースでのプライの分断を抑制するか遅らせる、
