製品を製造する方法であって、方法では:
複合材梁弦材を組み立て、複合材梁弦材を組み立てる際に、強化繊維からなるプライ群を治具の上に積層させ、プライ群のうちの少なくとも数枚のプライの繊維は、α=2〜12度とした場合に、製品の一軸荷重面圧方向に対して±αの配向角を有し、
貫通孔群を複合材梁弦材に形成し、そして
貫通孔群を利用して、補強プレート群を梁弦材の両側の面に締結する、
方法。
(態様13)
±α度の角度で配向する強化繊維の本数は、複合材梁弦材の強化繊維の合計本数の少なくとも60%である、態様12に記載の方法。
(態様14)
複合材梁弦材は、ポリマーマトリクス中に分散させた炭素繊維を含む、態様12に記載の方法。
(態様15)
梁は更に、β=15〜85度とした場合に、長手軸に対して±β度の角度で配向する強化繊維からなる第3及び第4プライを含む、態様12に記載の方法。
Claims (15)
- 第1補強プレートと第2補強プレートとの間に複合材梁弦材を備える製品であって、梁弦材は、梁の長手軸に対して+α度の繊維配向角を有する強化繊維からなる第1プライと、そして長手軸に対して−α度の繊維配向角を有する強化繊維からなる第2プライと、を含み、角度αが8度を超え12度を最大とする、製品。
- ±α度の角度で配向する強化繊維の本数は、複合材梁弦材の強化繊維の合計本数の少なくとも60%である、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 複合材梁弦材は、ポリマーマトリクス中に炭素繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 梁は更に、長手軸に対して±β度の角度で配向する強化繊維からなる第3及び第4プライを含み、β=15〜85度である、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 梁弦材の全繊維の0%〜40%が±β度の角度で配向している、請求項4に記載の製品。
- プライ群は、x−y平面内で延在し、孔群を、梁を貫通するようにz方向にドリルで開け、そしてファスナー群は孔群を貫通して延びて、プレート群を梁弦材に締め付け固定する、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 第1及び第2補強プレートのうちの少なくとも一方の補強プレートは、梁弦材のそれぞれ第1及び第2面内にまで延びる複数のz−ピン部材を含む、請求項1に記載の製品。
- プレート群は金属プレート群である、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 製品は航空機キール梁である、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 梁弦材は、マトリクスと、そして±α度の角度で配向する強化繊維とからなる、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 更に、梁弦材と、第1及び第2補強プレートのうちの少なくとも一方の補強プレートとの間に配置される少なくとも1つのアタッチメントプレートを備え、アタッチメントプレートは、外部構造体への取り付けを行うための複数の開口部を含む、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 製品を製造する方法であって、方法では:
複合材梁弦材を組み立て、強化繊維からなるプライ群を治具の上に積層させ、プライ群のうちの少なくとも数枚のプライの繊維は、製品の一軸耐荷重方向に対して±αの配向角を有し、角度αが8度を超え12度を最大とし、
貫通孔群を複合材梁弦材に形成し、そして
貫通孔群を利用して、補強プレート群を梁弦材の両側の面に締結する、
方法。 - ±α度の角度で配向する強化繊維の本数は、複合材梁弦材の強化繊維の合計本数の少なくとも60%である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 複合材梁弦材は、ポリマーマトリクス中に炭素繊維を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 梁は更に、長手軸に対して±β度の角度で配向する強化繊維からなる第3及び第4プライを含み、β=15〜85度である、請求項12に記載の方法。
