Description
図1に基づいたセノフィルコンレンズを用意した。図1を参照すると、コンタクトレンズ10は約14.2mmの直径を有し、裏の光学ゾーン11は約9.5mmの直径を有していた。使用したくぼみパターンが図2に示されている。くぼみの横断面形状が図3に示されており、この実施例に従って作製された実際のレンズの、目に装用されているときの横断面が図4に示されている。図4は、光干渉断層撮影を用いてレンズと目を撮像することによって得られたものである。この実施例において、裏面にくぼみを加えても、レンズの前面の形状に変化が生じなかったことがわかる。これらのくぼみは、約0.170mmの直径を持つ円形の形状をなし、レンズの中心の周りで放射スポーク21に沿って分布するものであった。この実施例において、スポークは、レンズの周りに10度ごとに均等に分布し、各スポークは8個のくぼみを備えていた。
実施例1で説明したレンズは、生体内実験の一部として製造される。裏面にくぼみを加えても、レンズの前面の形状に変化を生じることはない。目の上に配置されると、レンズは、同じようなパラメータを有するがくぼみを持たない比較対照のレンズよりも容易に移動する。本発明によるくぼみ加工機構がなければ0.25mmしか移動しないのに対し、本発明によるレンズは、まばたきによって0.75mm移動する。
図1による並進型セノフィルコンレンズに、図2のくぼみパターンを設ける。このコンタクトレンズは、約14.2mmの直径を有し、その光学ゾーンは約8mmの直径を有する。裏面にくぼみを加えても、レンズの前面の形状に変化を生じることはない。このレンズを生体内実験で使用する。目の上に配置されると、レンズは、同じようなパラメータを有するがくぼみを持たない比較対照のレンズと比べて、下方注視によってより容易に移動する。本発明によるくぼみ加工機構がなければ0.25mmしか並進しないのに対し、本発明によるレンズは、下方注視によって約1.5mm並進する。
800〜1000MW(Mn)モノメタクリルオキシプロピル末端モノ−n−ブチル末端ポリジメチルシロキサン(monomethacryloxypropyl terminated mono-n-butyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane)と、2−プロペン酸、2−メチル−,2−ヒドロキシ−3−[3−[1,3,3,3−テトラメチル−1−[(トリメチルシリル)オキシ]ジシロキサニル]プロポキシ]プロピルエステル、N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミドと、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートと、2−(2’−ヒドロキシ−5−メタクリリルオキシエチルフェニル)−2H−ベンゾトリアゾールと、ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)(K値90)と、3,7−ジメチル−3−オクタノールを希釈液として、CGI 1850を二つ割り型のプラスチック用金型に入れる光開始剤として使用したテトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレートとの混合物を光硬化させることによって、エタフィルコンAのレンズを作製した。予め水和したレンズを固定側金型に付着した状態に残して、金型を開いた。250,000Mwのポリアクリル酸を水に入れた3%の溶液に、レンズと金型を入れた。N−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)−N’−エチルカルボジイミド塩酸塩(0.25%の水溶液)を加えた。レンズ/金型と溶液を、室温にて2分間にわたってかき混ぜ、次いで水で3回、すすぎ洗いした。レンズを、イソプロパノールと水の70/30(体積)の溶液中に放った。次いで、数回の交換を伴ってホウ酸緩衝食塩水の中にレンズを入れ、加圧滅菌した。臨床的に評価すると、本発明に従って作製されたレンズは、ポリアクリル酸による処理をせずに作製されたレンズと比べて、相当に移動した。
(1) 裏面の並進要素を備えるコンタクトレンズ。
(2) 前記並進要素はくぼみである、実施態様1に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
(3) 光学ゾーンは多焦点である、実施態様1に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
(4) 前記光学ゾーンは単一の度数を有する、実施態様1に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
(5) 前記光学ゾーンは球面円柱の度数を有する、実施態様4に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
(7) 前記薬剤はPAAである、実施態様6に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
(8) 前記薬剤はPVPである、実施態様6に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
Claims (7)
- 裏面の並進要素を備えるコンタクトレンズであって、
前記並進要素は複数のくぼみであり、
前記くぼみは、前記くぼみの中心が300マイクロメートル〜400マイクロメートル離れるように離間しており、
前記くぼみは、20マイクロメートル〜30マイクロメートルの深さを有し、
前記くぼみは、100マイクロメートル〜300マイクロメートルの直径を有する、
コンタクトレンズ。 - 光学ゾーンは多焦点である、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
- 光学ゾーンは単一の度数を有する、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
- 前記光学ゾーンは球面円柱の度数を有する、請求項3に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
- 前記レンズに潤滑性をもたらす薬剤で処理される、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
- 前記薬剤はPAAである、請求項5に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
- 前記薬剤はPVPである、請求項5に記載のコンタクトレンズ。
