Claims (5)
- 動作中のガスタービンエンジン(108)のエンジン性能パラメータを監視する監視システム(10)において前記エンジン(108)の上または前記エンジン(108)を支える試験台(100)の上に載せられて125°C超の温度にさらされる使用に適合したハブユニット(14)であって、
前記監視システム(10)が、前記エンジン性能パラメータを検知するとともにアナログセンサ出力を生成する、前記エンジン(108)に搭載されたセンサ(20)を備え、
前記ハブユニット(14)が、
ハウジング(44)と、
前記ハウジング(44)内部の、前記センサ(20)から前記アナログセンサ出力を受信するように適合された少なくとも1つの信号調節回路基板(24)と、
前記信号調節回路基板(24)に接続され、前記アナログセンサ出力に対応するデジタルデータを作成するように適合された、前記ハウジング(44)内部の制御回路基板(22)と
を更に備え、
前記制御回路基板(22)および前記信号調節回路基板(24)が、アナログ信号処理経路を定義し、部品のエージングおよび前記ハブユニット(14)がさらされる前記温度の変化に応じてドリフトする確度および精度特性をもつ電気回路部品(46、48、50)を備え、
前記ハブユニット(14)が、前記センサ(20)によって生成された複数の前記アナログセンサ出力を多重化して、複数の個別多重化アナログ出力を作成する、前記信号調節回路基板(24)上の手段(60、62、64)を更に備え、
前記個別多重化アナログ出力の少なくとも第1及び第2のセットがそれぞれ、前記センサ(20)の対応する第1及び第2のバンクによって生成された対応する前記アナログセンサ出力の第1及び第2のセットから作成され、
前記ハブユニット(14)が、少なくとも2つの増幅器(62)を更に備え、
前記増幅器(62)のそれぞれは、調整可能ゲイン(64)を有し、前記個別多重化アナログ出力の前記対応する第1及び第2のセットの前記アナログセンサ出力の前記第1及び第2のセットのうちの1つをスケーリングして、前記対応するデジタルデータがそこから作成される、調節された個別多重化アナログ出力の対応する第1及び第2のセットを作成し、
前記増幅器(62)およびその前記調整可能ゲインが前記制御回路基板(22)によって制御され、
前記ハブユニット(14)は、
前記信号調節回路基板(24)に基準電圧およびゼロ電圧を定期的に印加して、前記制御回路基板(22)および前記信号調節回路基板(24)の前記電気回路部品(46、48、50)の前記ドリフトから結果的に生じた、前記アナログ信号処理経路中のエラーを判定し削除することによって、連続較正方式を実施する手段(22)と、
前記アナログセンサ出力の前記第1及び第2のセットの間での整定時間を削減し、前記制御回路基板(22)へのスループットを改善する、前記調節された個別多重化アナログ出力の前記少なくとも第1及び第2のセットをインターリーブする、前記信号調節回路基板(24)上の手段(66、68)と
をさらに備える
ハブユニット(14)。 - 前記インターリーブ手段(66、68)が、前記整定時間を削減することによって、スループットを増大させるように、前記複数の個別多重化アナログ出力を作成する前記手段(60、62、64)、前記増幅器(62)、および前記インターリーブ手段(66、68)を含む受動RC部品を、回路経路の中または外に切り換える動的フィルタ(66)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のハブユニット(14)。
- 前記ハブユニット(14)が、前記ハブユニット(14)を強制的に冷却する手段をもたないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のハブユニット(14)。
- 前記連続較正方式を実施する前記手段(22)が、毎秒1回を超える頻度で、前記信号調節回路基板(24)に前記基準電圧および前記ゼロ電圧を定期的に印加することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のハブユニット(14)。
- 前記連続較正方式を実施する前記手段(22)が、前記基準電圧および前記ゼロ電圧を印加することによって生成された出力を、前記基準電圧および前記ゼロ電圧の値と比較し、次いで、前記比較に基づいて後続デジタルデータを訂正することによって、前記アナログ信号処理経路中の前記エラーを判定することを特徴とする、請求項4記載のハブユニット(14)。
