Description
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも一つの赤血球のパラメータを決定するためのデジタルホログラフィーに基づく方法であって、
前記少なくとも一つの赤血球及び電磁放射線の相互作用から生じる前記少なくとも一つの赤血球を代表する波面を含む干渉縞を構成するステップと、
前記干渉縞から前記少なくとも一つの赤血球の波面を代表する一つの波長の振幅情報及び位相情報を再構成するステップと、
前記少なくとも一つの赤血球を代表する一つの波長の位相情報及び振幅情報を組み合わせることにより、前記少なくとも一つの赤血球の平均赤血球容積及び/又は平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度及び/又は平均赤血球ヘモグロビンを決定するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの赤血球を代表する一つの波長の位相情報及び振幅情報を組み合わせることは、前記少なくとも一つの赤血球を含む試料の屈折率を決定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記少なくとも一つの赤血球を代表する一つの波長の位相情報及び振幅情報を組み合わせることにより、前記少なくとも一つの赤血球の平均赤血球容積及び/又は平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度及び/又は平均赤血球ヘモグロビンの決定のための一つの画像のみを生成することにより実行される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度は、
- 少なくとも二つの波長から少なくとも一つの赤血球を代表する再構成された振幅情報及び/又は位相情報は、酸素飽和度を決定するために使用される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電磁放射線は、可視光のスペクトルの波長を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- デジタルホログラフィーにより、少なくとも一つの赤血球を含む試料を分析するための装置であって、
光の少なくとも一つの物体光線及び少なくとも一つの参照光線を生成するために配置された少なくとも一つの光源であって、前記少なくとも一つの物体光線及び前記少なくとも一つの参照光線が相互にコヒーレントである光源と、
前記試料に前記少なくとも一つの物体光線を当てるための手段と、
前記試料を通過する前記少なくとも一つの物体光線と前記少なくとも一つの参照光線を重畳させることで、干渉縞を生成するための手段と、
前記干渉縞を検出するために配置されたセンサと、
前記干渉縞から前記少なくとも一つの赤血球を代表する一つの波長の物体波面の位相情報及び/又は振幅情報を再構成し、前記位相情報及び/又は前記振幅情報から平均赤血球容積及び/又は平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度及び/又は平均赤血球ヘモグロビンを決定するために配置された処理部とを含む装置。 - 前記処理部は、赤血球の分布の決定を含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記処理部は、再構成された少なくとも二つの波長の少なくとも一つの赤血球を代表する位相情報及び/又は振幅情報を使用することによる酸素飽和度の決定を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも二つの波長が使用される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光源と、前記光線を当てるための手段と、前記重畳させるための手段と、前記センサとが前記培養器内に設置された環境室をさらに含む、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記環境室外に設置され、前記装置は、前記センサから前記処理部に前記干渉縞を送信するように構成された送信器をさらに含む、請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記環境室内の湿度、気温及び二酸化炭素割合の少なくとも一つを制御するためのコントローラをさらに含む、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
