Description
Claims (9)
- 原油に水を加え、炭化水素及びブライン、並びに、エマルジョンを含むラグ層を生成するステップであって、前記エマルジョンが、炭化水素、ブライン及び固形物を含む、ステップと、
前記エマルジョンを改質するステップであって、前記エマルジョンの体積の最大で10倍の追加的な炭化水素を前記エマルジョンに加えるサブステップを含む、ステップと、
前記改質されたエマルジョンを、デッドエンドフィルタアッセンブリを通して導き、固形物を除去するステップとを含み、
前記エマルジョンを改質する前記ステップの前に、前記エマルジョンから前記ブラインの一部を分離するステップをさらに含む、原油を処理するための方法。 - 前記原油に水を加える前記ステップが、原油及び水を脱塩装置に導入するサブステップを含み、
当該方法が、前記フィルタアッセンブリから前記脱塩装置へ濾液を再循環させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記フィルタアッセンブリからコアレッサアッセンブリへ濾液を導くステップと、
濾過された炭化水素及びブラインを、前記コアレッサアッセンブリから別々に抽出するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記濾液が、濾過された炭化水素及びブラインを含む場合に、当該方法が、前記濾過された炭化水素から前記ブラインの一部を分離するステップと、前記濾過された炭化水素を前記コアレッサアッセンブリへ導くステップとをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記改質されたエマルジョンを、前記フィルタアッセンブリを通して導く前記ステップの前に、前記エマルジョン又は前記改質されたエマルジョンを、磁気フィルタを通して導くステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、解乳化剤、リバース解乳化剤、凝固剤及び凝集剤のうちの1つ又は複数を前記エマルジョンに加えるステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 原油及び水を脱塩装置に導入するための1つ又は複数の入口部を含む脱塩装置であって、炭化水素及びブライン並びにラグ層を生成し、前記ラグ層が、炭化水素及びブライン並びに固形物を備えるエマルジョンを含み、当該脱塩装置が、前記炭化水素の少なくとも一部を排出するための第1の出口部、及び、前記ブライン及び前記エマルジョンを排出するための1つ又は複数の追加的な出口部をさらに含む、脱塩装置と、
前記脱塩装置に連結され、前記エマルジョンを改質する混合器であって、前記エマルジョンの体積の最大で10倍の追加的な炭化水素を前記エマルジョンに加えることを含む、混合器と、
前記混合器に連結され、前記改質されたエマルジョンから固形物を濾過するデッドエンドフィルタアッセンブリと、
分離器とを備え、
前記分離器が、前記脱塩装置に連結され、排出された前記エマルジョンから前記ブラインの少なくとも一部分を分離し、前記混合器が、前記分離器に連結されている、原油を処理するためのシステム。 - コアレッサアッセンブリをさらに備え、
前記コアレッサアッセンブリが、前記デッドエンドフィルタアッセンブリに連結され、前記フィルタアッセンブリからの濾液を、濾過された炭化水素及びブラインに分離する、請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 磁気フィルタをさらに備え、
前記磁気フィルタが、前記デッドエンドフィルタアッセンブリの上流に配置され、磁性固形物を除去する、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
