Claims (11)
- 編物構造中に第1の編物部分を備えた編物を基盤とする編物基盤電極であり、
(a)非導電性撚り糸と、
(b)第1の長さを有する、導電性撚り糸細線の第1の編み列、
この第1の長さと異なる第2の長さを有する、導電性撚り糸細線の第2の編み列、
この第2の長さと異なる第3の長さを有する、導電性撚り糸細線の第3の編み列、を備える複数の編み列でなり、漸次または段階的に変化する端部を少なくとも1つ備える、少なくとも1つの導電性領域と、
(c)前記第1の編物部分の導電性領域の上および/または周囲に塗られたポリマーでなる塗布膜と、
を備えることを特徴とする編物基盤電極。 - 請求項1に記載の編物基盤電極において、前記非導電性撚り糸は、伸長復元性を有する1つまたはそれ以上の撚り糸を含むことを特徴とする編物基盤電極。
- 請求項1または2に記載の編物基盤電極において、前記導電性領域は、うね編物を含むことを特徴とする編物基盤電極。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の編物基盤電極において、前記第1の編物部分の導電性領域は、少なくとも1本の浮き撚り糸を含むことを特徴とする編物基盤電極。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の編物基盤電極において、前記導電性領域は、導電性撚り糸によって覆われた弾性撚り糸を含むことを特徴とする編物基盤電極。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の編物基盤電極において、少なくとも1つの疎水性部材が前記導電性領域に包含されていることを特徴とする編物基盤電極。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の編物基盤電極において、前記第1の編物部分の前記導電性領域は、1つの長さと1つの幅と1つの厚さを有し、該長さは該幅よりも長いことを特徴とする編物基盤電極。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の編物基盤電極において、前記漸次または段階的に変化する端部は、丸い端、角を持つ端、斜めに切れた端、曲線形状の端およびジグザグ形状の端からなる群から選ばれる端を持つ形状を有することを特徴とする編物基盤電極。
- 編物を基盤とする編物基盤電極を形成する際の編み針の消耗を軽減するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの、漸次変化パターンを有する編物を作るように、編み機をプログラミングすること、
導電性撚り糸または導電性繊維を用いて前記編物を編み、少なくとも1つの、前記漸次変化パターンを有する導電性領域を形成すること、および、
前記編物を、他の撚り糸または繊維と編み合わせて、前記編物の他の非導電性部分を形成すること、
前記漸次変化パターンは、前記導電性撚り糸または導電性繊維1本ずつの編み過程の繰り返しによって形成され、該編み過程の繰り返しにおいて、第1の編み過程が第1の長さを作り、前記第1の編み過程に隣接する第2の編み過程が前記第1の長さとは異なる第2の長さを作り、前記第2の編み過程に隣接する第3の編み過程が前記第2の長さとは異なる第3の長さを作ること、
を含み、
前記導電性撚り糸は、伸長復元性を有することを特徴とする、編み針の消耗を軽減するための方法。 - 請求項9に記載の、編み針の消耗を軽減するための方法において、前記編み機は環状編み機であることを特徴とする、編み針の消耗を軽減するための方法。
- 請求項9または10に記載の、編み針の消耗を軽減するための方法において、少なくとも1つの前記漸次変化パターンは、丸い端、斜めに切れた端、曲線形状の端、角を持つ端およびジグザグ形状の端からなる群から選ばれる端を持つことを特徴とする、編み針の消耗を軽減するための方法。
