Description
一方、上記エンドコイルを機械により切断する装置として、例えば特許文献1に、回転電気機器の固定子から回転子を取り出した後、固定子の軸方向を上下にして基盤上に載置し、その基盤上に移動自在に設置される支柱と、その支柱に回転自在に支持された駆動アームと、筒状体の端部(エンドコイル)を切断するために駆動アームに設けられた回転カッターと、駆動アームを回転駆動するための駆動装置を備えた筒状体の端部切断装置が開示されている。
Claims (3)
- 水平方向に設置された回転電気機器の固定子コイルの端部を切断する回転切削刃を支持するとともに固定子の半径方向に伸縮可能なアームと、前記アームを固定子の円周に沿って回転させるアーム軸およびアーム回転用モータと、前記アーム軸から前記固定子に向かって放射状に配置される複数の伸縮自在な芯出・固定脚を有することを特徴とする固定子コイルの端部切断装置。
- 前記切断装置はその構成部品の配置として、アーム、芯出・固定脚、アーム回転用モータの順に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定子コイルの端部切断装置。
- 前記アーム回転用モータにモータ支持脚を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定子コイルの端部切断装置。
