Description
実施態様において、口腔または顎顔面修復製品を計画及び製造するシステムのための位置探知装置が提供される。位置探知装置は、光学的に不透明な材料から作られ、かつ光学走査装置により検出可能な少なくとも一つの外表面を持ち、それにより前記外表面の位置及び配向を決定する。この方法では、位置探知装置の位置及び配向が決定可能である。
入射光線が光学的に不透明な表面の表面から反射されるとき、反射率は、表面の粗さのような表面の性質に依存して幾つかの要素を持つ。反射光の三つの要素、すなわち鏡面反射、鏡面ローブ(specular lobe)及び拡散ローブ(diffuse lobe)が通常発生する。
図1は、光学走査時に位置探知器を使用して、データを作成しかつ歯科修復物を作るための方法のフローチャートである。
Claims (14)
- 口腔または顎顔面の修復製品を計画及び製造するシステムのための位置探知装置(2,3)において、
前記位置探知装置が、光学的に不透明な金属材料のものであり、かつ光学走査装置により検出可能な少なくとも一つの外表面を持ち、それにより前記外表面の位置及び配向のうちの少なくとも一つを決定し、かつ
陽極酸化によって前記位置探知装置の前記外表面上に付着された均質な金属酸化物層を持つこと、前記外表面が鏡面反射より光学的に拡散反射であること、及び前記金属酸化物層が実質的に均質な層厚さを持つことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記金属がチタンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外表面が、陽極酸化により前記位置探知装置の本体上に付着された多孔性酸化チタン層であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記位置探知装置の位置及び配向が、コノスコープホログラフィー走査を含む前記光学走査による前記拡散反射から得られたデータから決定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、少なくとも部分的に回転的に対称である本体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記装置が取り付け可能であるインプラントの長手方向の規定された回転位置に対して回転的に非対称部を持つ本体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、円筒形部(20)、円錐形部(21)、上部(22)、ねじ付き部(23)、及び連結界面(24)を持つ本体を含み、前記円錐形部(21)と前記上部(22)が、前記装置の長手方向中心軸と一致する長手方向中心軸を持つ切頭円錐形部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記外表面が前記円錐形部(21)及び前記上部(22)の外表面であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記連結界面(24)が、前記装置がその位置及び配向を決定するために取り付け可能であるインプラントの連結界面とかみ合う連結界面であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの歯科修復製品と請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の少なくとも一つの位置探知装置からなるキット。
- 前記歯科修復製品がインプラントレプリカまたはアバットメントレプリカであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のキット。
- 光学走査法の精度を改善する方法において、前記光学走査法のために請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の位置探知装置を与えることを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記光学走査法がコノスコープホログラフィー走査であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 口腔または顎顔面の修復製品を計画及び製造するシステムのための位置探知装置を製造する方法であって、前記位置探知装置が、光学的に不透明な金属材料のものであり、かつ光学走査装置により検出可能な少なくとも一つの外表面を持ち、それにより前記外表面の位置及び配向のうちの少なくとも一つを決定する場合において、前記方法が、陽極酸化によって前記位置探知装置上に均質な金属酸化物層を与えて、前記位置探知装置の前記外表面を形成させることを含むこと、前記外表面が鏡面反射より光学的に拡散反射であること、及び前記金属酸化物層が実質的に均質な層厚さを持つことを特徴とする方法。
